Hi,
My Dad owns a Xolo Q800 for the pas one year. No issues until last week, when people reported that my dad's mobile is not reacfhable. My Dad also reported that he wasn't able to make any call.
Issue:
- He uses dual sim mode
- Wheneven he dials a no:, the dialing screen apprears and after few seconds, the call end(no dial tone)
- I can workaround the problem by going into airplane mode and coming back to active mode
- I can again work around by removing the sim card and re-inserting it.
- The signal strengths are good. You cannot find out if there is any network error until you try to call someone.
1. What could be causing this problem?
2. Have you ever seen this problem before?
3. Please help me fix this problem for my dad

It sounds like hardware failure or an issue with the carrier. I'd start with the carrier.

hy guys a have a very big problem with my sgs3 (I9300) running official android jelly bean 4.3 international model, the problem is i'm not able to make a connection to mobile networks but wifi works very well, every time i try to make a phone call it shows a message "not registred on network" and i cannot accept phone calls from friends or family and i can't benifit from 3G networks.
this problem appears evt i flash a custom rom last time i take it to the person who selt me the phone and he sais that the problem cannot be fixed just with the "octoplus box" and it costs 10 dollars to fix it , is there any solution i'm waiting your answer

Sounds like it's a bad imei, need a carrier to fix it or possibly the box mentioned.
Dear Team.
I have Micromax Canvas 2 Plus (A110Q) and phone is running fine. But it has some problems.
1. Wifi not working
2. Bluetooth not working
3. Camera not working
For the above reasons, I gave it to some technician in my location, he could not solve the problem, and after receiving it back, I found that the sims are working but no network. Means, I am able to read the SIM NAME (like Airtel, Idea) and able to read the contacts from BOTH sims. But No SIGNAL.
It shows the error ::
Emergency Calls only - AIRTEL
Emergency Calls only - IDEA
and some times ::
No Service - Airtel
No Service - IDEA
For this problems, is there any person to solve my issue ?

But after doing this, I come to know that I am not able to connect my phone to internet even there the signal bar is full of network. The other thing that was not working is that the calls are not outgoing, however they are incoming. Signal bar is full of network. But there is not a call outgoing and there is no internet connection be connected. Please help me as soon as possible.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
At first glance, it sounds like your APN's are not configured correctly, and that may still be the case, but what throws that theory off is the no outgoing calls.
If you can receive calls and text fine, your IMEI sounds intact (can double-check by dialing *#06#). The only other thing I can think of is that you were using a lower (or different) network mode before that you are now stuck on something else (e.g. 3G vs 4G LTE). You can try a different network mode to see if that makes a difference.

My SIM card does not work properly in my new phone. Does anyone know which settings I must adjust to call or text with my new phone? Sometimes I am able to call with it, but the coverage is very poor and the message "network unavailable" appears when i move around in my house. Wifi is working correctly. I think it is something in the mobile network settings/access points, but have no clue what to change. Ulefone is not a common brand in the Netherlands, so phone shops were unable to help me. Its been 1 year i am using ownice k6 but i am not able to use lte service.

It's not cellphone, it's car Android system.
Have you had any luck with this. I'm having the same problem. It won't let me add an APN. And it's seems locked to China unicorn.
If I try search available network they are all forbidden
