Serious problem with boot loop

I've spent the last 2 days trying to install CM10.1 on my One X+ but eventhough I meticulously follow the Installation guides: I always end up with AOKP ( Yes you read it right) boot loop with the unicorn and swagger initiation.
I've successfully installed the AOKP before and ever since then, the unicorn boot is stuck on my phone no matter what I do, I've tried a complete wipe of my phone, I've reinstalled the original RUU like 5 times but whenever I try to install the CM10,1 I get stuck on the AOKP boot.
I follow this order of tasks for the CM10.1 Installation:
1.Relock bootloader
2. Install original RUU
3. Let my phone boot in the original ruu and copy the CM10.1 zip + the correct gapps
3.Reunlock bootloader, flash recovery TWRP and let it root my phone with the SuperSU
4. Boot up my phone and let SuperSu complete the rooting through TWRP
5. Wipe Cache, Dalvik, Factory Data reset in TWRP
6. Install CM10.1 rom in TWRP
7. Install gapps
8. Restart in bootloader and flash the kernel with the boot.img obtained from the CM10.1 zip file
9. Restart my phone, after the HTC logo, the AOKP unicorn boot animation pops up and stays there forever.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Try to install a new rom...

ROM keeps loading

Hello,
I have a HTC One S with twrp recovery.
I tried flashing the Pac-man rom but It kept on the loading screen. I tried different kernels, all didn't work, It kept stuck on the HTC dev screen or on the loading animation.
Now I tried putting on the Paranoid ROM, this one keeps on the loading animation to, with every ~1min. I can see the lock screen for 1-2 seconds and then It dissapears again and the loading animation comes back.
I am on Hboot 2.15, S-ON.
I hope someone can help me with this.

I just put the Paranoid android ZIP on my phone, I made a copy of the boot.img that was in the zip and put it on my computer. When I flashed the ROM and Gapps I wiped cache and Dalvik. I rebooted to bootloader and used the fastboot flash boot boot.img command. After that I rebooted my phone and it kept on the loading screen with once in while the lockscreen.

What exactly did you do with the phone?
you don't need USB debugging to flash stock images. Your phone just need to be able to boot into fastboot and have the bootloader unlocked.
What happens when you press/hold power button for 20 seconds?
USB debugging is an ANDROID setting therefore only works or applicable when you are booted into Android

My phone is stuck at boot animation
I am in a dire need to your help. i just got my phone to stuck in the boot animation. This is what happened
i had a nexus 5 for 6 months, it was rooted and had xpose framework installed. Yesterday i updated my xpose app to the latest and installed an xpose module "Call blocker". but after one day use, i realized that it was making my nexus slow and i was suffering from low performance. So today i decided to uninstall this app, by going into settings>apps>call blocker and uninstalled it from there. Just after that i rebooted by phone, but it got into the boot loop (reboot after finishing the boot animation).
This is what is already tried:
I downloaded the nexus 5 image from google and extracted it. I flashed all the stock images (from bootloader) but now my phone is stuck at boot animation. i also installed CWM recovery and formatted system, data, cache and all options that were available, after that i flashed it again with stock images, but still stuck in the boot animation (circles keep on spinning forever).
Please guide me... I can't think of any more ways

Are you sure you have flashed all the stock images? If so, then head to the stock recovery and perform a factory reset and then reboot. It should boot up.

Another newb that doesn't know the difference between fastboot and ADB, two of the MANY things you should be well-versed in before tinkering. Please head over the general forum and read the stickies.

Thank you for all your support. I was able to restore my phone back to normal. What i did, after flashing the stock images, and I rebooted my phone to recovery and wiped the user data and cache. Although i tried if previously but i don't know why i didn't work than. May be, it only works just after the flashing of new/stock rom. Anyjow its good now. thank you for the support

Nexus 5 bricked while theming

I've done ****ed up,
i found some free time to update my cataclysm rom from 5.0 to the latest 5.1 version.
ive finished everything and all was good, but i wanted to theme it before my gf arrives.
now i've searched for a cataclysm black theme and flashed one that said it is for stock & cataclysm.
now when my phone boots up it shows the boot animation and then it shows only black screen.
i haven't made a backup nor do I have the cataclysm rom on my phone cuz I dumbass deleted it imediately after installing it.
any ideas how to dirty flash the rom witout booting up the phone? adb?
Can you boot into recovery. If do, if you have twrp, just copy the rom from your pc to the device and dirty flash the rom. Latest twrp supports mtp.

Screwed Up with my CM12 boot animation on my One Plus one.

I've Dowloaded the zip file of HTC sense 7 apps.zip on my One plus One from the xda thread. i've flashed it in TWRP recovery after that my kept upgrading and then its done then showed an option to chose a new laucher..I have 3 launchers installed in my phone Google now,CM12 launcher 3 and the HTC blink feed. I did forgot to backup my data before intalling that zip file in twrp now that boot animation (that i've found in the theme engine app) is now keeps rotating. I've tried many times rebooting my phone, installing a new boot animation from the internet..still it keeps rotating. What am i supposed to do now...Is there any way to uninstall that zip file without flashing the new CM12 OS again or can i get rid of that boot animation and use my phone normally.
I even forgot the name of the theme from whicch i got the boot animation. please help!!
