Sorry It turned out that using the normal rooting program worked without having to flash any firmwares. Thank you anyway though.

hi guys, thanks for looking at the thread, im really new here so i would like to have some step by step on how to upgrade my LG optimus l7 to cyanogenmod.. my phone was already rooted to v10i and im really having some hard time understanding the threads, thank u guys!more power! :good:

i found this tool finally worked for me with no problem LG MS323 OPTIMUS L70 rooted here is the link thanks to geohot.....cheers

All you need to do is in this thread:
[Tutorial] How to achieve root on P710/L7 2 single sim verison on KITKAT ROM
Before do anything make a backup of your device.
