When I reboot into bootloader, all I get is the Cyanogenmod mascot's face with the "Fastboot Mode" text below that. Is there a way to find out what the hboot, kernel, and radio version are on the phone?
Thanks.

The kernel and baseband can be found in About Phone in Settings. As for the hboot, I'm assuming you're come from an HTC? Don't think hboot even applies to this device.

What he said. I would like the CM team to include this information in fastboot, as well as a navigation to reboot into recovery/system/etc in fastboot similar to how the Nexus bootloader is

The ability to navigate directly from the phone without the use of fastboot commands really should be stock standard in my opinion. Not sure why it's been done this way, maybe due to laziness.

Lets hope it can be added in the updated ota with a updated bootloader. And I agree.

I can't find any boot.sig and recovery.sig, only find .img files with the M package. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Manually flash each IMG as opposed to using the flash-all.bat (others have had this same issue)

No, what I'm saying is DON'T use the flash-all.bat script as that's causing the issue. You have to extract the ZIP file and manually flash each IMG file one at a time, e.g.
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot-reboot bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio.img
fastboot-reboot bootloader
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot-reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot-reboot bootloader
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot-reboot bootloader
etc, etc, etc.
Maybe you shouldn't be flashing a developer preview if you don't know what you're doing?

It happens to me some times regardless of the android version, if I use the computer front ports. It's always better to use the ones directly on the motherboard.
the *.sig thing always appear but I also recommend you to avoid the .bat file and do it manually.
Issues with Image
Hi folks, I know what i'm doing, so I flashed the images and it all worked...BUT some major things are missing. I cant drop down the notification drawer (nor do I get any notifications) Also, nothing Google syncs. I tried manually syncing/logging out and logging back in and nothing seems to work, so 1) Suggestions? 2) Is there a dedicated forum for this? I cant seem to find anything online. I also tried flashing it again and to no avail.
Help me XDA, you're my only hope to not going mad on my phone.
Do a clean flash. You didn't if the notification drop down doesnt work

Hi,
I never saw this problem
My phone is unlocked (since a year more or less) and I can't install TWRP nor CWM. I tried many tutorials such as all the root methods listed on XDA for this smartphone.

There might be a problem with your drivers. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling them. Also, try using fastboot commands manually

unlock again
Thank you. I'd like not to have to relock it as it's already done and rooted. Could you please tell me what drivers to install? I tested many of them (https://i.imgur.com/wBgsezr.png) but it seems I don't have the right ones then.
I'm using Win7 64bits.
Thanks again!
Use adbdriveinstaler and when it's install you can push recovery to add folder and try this command
cd C:/adb
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Change name your twrp or cwm to recovery

Okay. Here we go
ADB driver installed (https://i.imgur.com/PWrZoHH.png)
Went to flash and... still not allowed.
And in fastboot/rescue mode on my phone it's written PHONE Unlocked.
WTF
BTW, is there any other way to upgrade the phone? Cause every time I go to the software update in the menu i'm told it's up-to-date, but it's not... Android 4.4.2 & EMUI 3.0.
I read about a "local update" but can't find out how to update from the SDcard, I only have OTA.

Okay, I sent an email to Huawei, I'll get back in a few days.
I was excited to see that Nougat was finally coming to my phone, but alas, it won't work for me. After downloading the update (over the course of an hour) it spits out an error saying that it cant verify my phone (or something like that) then exits. I made a nandroid backup, then flashed the developer/unlocked RUU (P.S. this is an AT&T model, but with the CID/MID changed) and it still won't take the OTA. If I need to flash the AT&T RUU, then what CID/MID would I need?

So, I checked this site (after clearing browser cache) and theres a download for an RUU, but twrp won't flash it
If fully converted id suggest running the ruu for 1.57.617.X, and then take the ota... Cant flash ota with twrp installed... Has to be stock.everything
RUU for Nougat is available now

If you converted your phone or it is USA unlocked, you can take the OTA once you have downloaded the 1.57 ZIP ONLY! ruu from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-a9/general/wip-ruu-htc-one-a9-t3240344/page58 , then. Rename it to 2PQ9IMG.ZIP and put it on a microsdcard, then put that in your phone and put it in download mode, which will prompt you to flash the ruu. Go ahead and do that. Once completed, reboot. Make sure your CID is BS_US_0001 or something like that
cannot use superCID, I just found that out earlier, make sure your CID is BS_US001 as mentioned above, and you should be good.

In case you're serious, though...
Team Win Recovery Project is a custom recovery for Android devices.
It allows you to back up and restore your data, flash custom ROMs to your device, repair broken file systems, and root your device.
Download:
See " Attached Files"
Install:
Download zip file from above
Unzip the file
Download and install SP Flash Tools
Run SP Flash Tools and load scatter (Use the 'Modded' scatter if you want to install this recovery on a enlarged system partition.)
Press first the 'Download' button, before you connect the device with your pc
Reboot device
Remarks:
It is not possible to boot into recovery by holding some specific keys. You need to use ADB with the command: "adb reboot recovery".

Are we able to root and have magisk?
Definitely yes! Once you get familiar with the procedure, it's quite simple actually.
The hardest part is getting your device's bootloader unlocked.
Once you have the bootloader unlocked, follow instructions in this article.
Good luck and have fun!

Have you personally tested this?
Of course!
Though I don't flash the magisk patched boot image, I fastboot boot it, like described in step 3B in that article.
After rebooting, direct install magisk in the magisk manager, and reboot again, done, your device is officially rooted.

Maybe the problem is the minimal adb setup, try full version from google official site.
https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
Or there is incompatible issue with you usb port or cable, try another one.
I really like this but can't use root
