Tips -
- Window animation is turned off by default. If you like it, set animation scale to 0.5 from developer options.
- Update system apps, specially google search. Google now will work flawlessly
- Use DPI changer apps to change DPI to 190 or 200...it looks really good

Meanwhile, for those who have issues while flashing ROMs or after flashing any ROM, I would suggest you all to please follow this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-ZHKlqSBt0 on how to flash a custom ROM. Please go through the actions diligently and you should have no issues. The only addition I would suggest to the above video would be to wipe the battery stats just before flashing a ROM.
Update:
1. Had problems with GPS. Wasn't showing even the GPS icon when GPS was on. Re-flashing the ROM worked. Now its working without any issues.
2. Had issues with WIFI and 3G after restarting the phone. Rebooting once more solved the issue.

My data is working flawlesly without even data patch and the default launcher is also perfect for me. Just disable the wallpaper scrolling and use nin live wallpaper.

Google TTS not working. Pico TTS works - Just unmount external storage from system, install it and then mount again

is games running smooth like hd games
has some jb roms lag very much

i have flash this rom and
- nice UI (little bit lag is there, may be due to launcher)
- Wi Fi & Camera is working
- GPS not tested yet..... (will confirm)
- home screen can be also be rotate.
- beautiful dialer & call screen.
- Starting free ram i got 180
- overall Very good.

UI lag is i guess due to the heavy live wallpapaper. try changing it to static wallpaper.

Tried temple run 1 and 2....very smooth. Not tried other games but I think they will run more smoothly due to good fps and good amount of free ram.

This is a very good rom as far as the layouts are concerned. One main thing I observed is that I am not able to install any applications- during app installation the next button not responding to go forward for installation. Lola any fix for this.

Installed this rom..everything is ok no sod or random reboot..the only problem i faced is supersu not working and after swap sd my sdcard1 not detected ..any solution?

Nice snappy ROM, I just need to manage and get iver this SuperSU bug so I can customize the ROM to my needs

It will help if somebody could post a logcat of this SuperSu error.

all other superuser have this same problem
This is for the reason that I changed CM super user by Super SU
directory you can change settings in the super SU and select do not ask
but it is not recommender full rooted thinking back choice settings Super SU on request

Plz fix this SuperUser issue Lola.

Know issues:
For those who cannot find their previous files, because CM based rom will target the sdcard storage to use root/0/ directory.
So normally all the files besides the root/0/ directory will not be shown on the file explorer.
To solve this, you will need a file browser that has ROOT capability, eg. Root Explorer
then go to mnt/shell/emulated/ all your file should be here.
Now move all the files into mnt/shell/emulated/0/ folder.
Should solve the problem.
Somtime Crackling loudspeaker when balancing Deliver in nooz
the reason why it makes a cracking sound after sound stops is because the DSP is making more vibrations in the speaker, when audio stops android will force speaker to mute alltogether making all vibrations stop at once. The more the vibrations the louder the crackle. Why would you want to use DSP for speaker anyways? it's not like you are gonna get a high quality audio rom it. Best to leave it like normal
Privacy guard IS working?
after enabling privacy guard in security settings
you have to switch to settings>apps and then choose to enable or disable each app individually.
I'm sure nobody would want to tick every single app, that would almost be the same as enabling airplane mode.

Well, you respectfully mentioned the team in the OP (Well it was a copy and paste, but still) and I got the notification.

Here is a way to Increase your Battery Backup...it is really useful and shows very Effective Change...do it as soon as you Flash the ROM:​-Download 'Battery Calibration' App from the Google Play Store.
-Charge your Battery to 100%
-As soon as you remove the charger..open the app and click on 'Calibrate Battery'
-Use your phone normally now...and wait till the battery drains to 1%
(do not charge the phone in between)
-Then, charge your phone continuously till it reaches 100%
-Voila...Battery Backup Increased
How to Use ViPER Audio Engine:​
-Open 'ViPER4AndroidFX' from App Drawer
-Select "Yes" Option for Installing Drivers
-Choose Sound Quality You Want
-The Driver's Will Install
-Reboot the Phone
-Open the Application Again
-Tick Mark the option of Enabling ViPER Engine
-Do Same for Headset & Bluetooth Mode
-Set Other Sound Options
-Enjoy Amazing Audio Quality​
Increase your Phone's Volume:​
-Open Phone Dialer
-Type code *#*#3646633#*#* OR
-Go to Settings>Engineer Mode>MTK
-Engineering Mode will Open
-Go to Hardware Testing>Audio
-Go to "Loudspeaker Mode"
-Change Max Volume from 128 to 148
-Do the Same for "Normal Mode"​
If you want faster transitions, then from Settings > Developer Options (To Get Developer Options, go to About Phone and tap 7 times on Build Number) > Set Windows Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale and Animator Duration Scale from 1 to 0 (Off)...​​​

1. In file manager SD Card Name showing USB
2. Setting FC when back to Keyboard Settings
3. Gesture Not Working (I Tried only Camera Snap)
4. Ads Not Blocking

Here are the Solutions:
1. That is just pre specified text in the app ...it actually doesn't matter...still you can download any other file manager if you want.
2. Ya I didn't notice that earlier...to fix this you can download any other keyboard from play store and delete this one if you want..
3. I don't use gestures..but I checked 1-2 and they were working... Maybe some are not working...
4. I've checked that ad blocker is installed...most ads won't show up...but some which are showing up also won't load if u click them...though I'll update this soon...

User Manual - For Better Performance & Battery Backup | Gamers | Daily Users
To get more battery backup:
Go to Settings ---> Advance options --> Performance --> Advance settings --> Touch screen
OFF the Sweep to Wake Sweep to Sleep & Double Tap to Wake then ON the Set on boot button
Reason: S2W | S2S | DTW are available at the cost of more power, means touch will not go to sleep so logically it will use more battery but if you love these features then enjoy them
For advance users to get more performance:
Go to Settings ---> Advance options --> Performance --> Advance settings --> Dynamic Fsync
FSYNC stands for file sync. Disabling it boosts the performance, responsiveness and database.
Warning! Disabling has a side effect of a possible data loss but there are 0.10 out 100 chances. So disable it and enjoy the snappy phone
Don't increase SD read ahead amount !
Keep your phone clean by:
Go to Settings ---> Advance options --> Performance --> Tools
Clean residual files
Optimize databases
Do it after few days !
Don't use Xposed Framework ! It makes ROM laggy.
Don't use battery saving apps, these apps uses RAM their self
Don't use task manager, these apps uses RAM their self, ANDROID has best built-in task manager
Restart your phone once a day
WARNING! ROM is tweaked at its best, don't try your own tweaking, you'll lose stability & get bad results.
