Question about this phone over WiFi thing. I use groove ip on my n7 too make calls how does this Rom differ?

New developer is welcome.

I flashed this rom and never got past the boot screen, more than 15 mins. I tried doing a clean install, meaning I wiped everything.

That's weird it works on mine perfectly

I can verify this ROM will not boot up. Tried from a complete clean wipe.

Make sure your not flashing any other kernels. Also we used twrp 2.5 and 4.18 bootloader. Try with these instructions

Oh and make sure your on the WiFi version

I'm able to boot up now. I had to switch to TWRP. When I try to make a call, I get a pop up saying "Mobile network not available." Is there a setting that must be turned on to make the call feature work?

What do you mean, make sure you are on the WiFi version? Your DL link only takes you to the file DL. There is no option to select. I think you have a bit of work to do.

There is a WiFi nexus 7 and a 4G nexus 7 .This thread is posted on the WiFi nexus thread. Just reminding them that this is for the WiFi nexus 7 because that's what we tested with.

This is a stock rooted ROM.
Stock as in how it comes from Google.

I wasn't gonna release this since 4.3 is due to be out but since there seems to be some bugs to be worked out and I am gonna have to port it to 4.3 anyway due to some changes with the apks so I decided that I might as well just release it with a update to 4.3 in the near future. This theme was built off INSANITY ROM but will work perfect with INFAMOUS, roms with 3minit framework, as well as most others.... I would appreciate it if people wound post which roms it does and doesn't work with so i can port it to those that don't work since I don't have this carrier. But enjoy and keep on the lookout for my next release which I am waiting to drop when 4.3's kinks are worked out.​
HOW TO FLASH:
Flash in recovery. Don't have to wipe for it will wipe itself when flash starts. Make sure and flash on a fresh install of rom. Meaning no other themes or mods are flashed prior to theme. ENJOY!!

No comments on battery life. Wallpaper is from one of the communities on Google +, I download many from there and use an app that changes of wallpaper.

Was interested in this ROM but maybe I am missing something but, if I can add buttons to the NavBar, I can only assigne the new buttons really poor actions...
Is there a way to add a "shortcut" to an applications like the browser ?

I use ie and google chrome can go into download link

Is this rom good for daily use?

I cant seem to get USB-OTG to work at all, I even tried flashing M-Kernel and it still wont mount. I also tried StickMount and the mount option in the settings.

With cyan gapps, or not at all on the rom?

Nice and snappy. However YouTube and some other internet related video play back not working for me. Have seen certain other 4.22 roms do same.

Second this. Any video I try to play on the Youtube app says "There was a problem while playing. Touch to retry."
Anyone else see this, and know a workaround?
