My phone is an Alcatel OT-scribe HD -8008d and I messed it up in SPFlash tools ... now I am unable to find a stock version for that. I installed another MT 6589 firmware (from lenovo) and now the screen is turning on, but the phone is not functioning and I don't know what should I do :crying:
1 - please if you can help me , tell me what to do or how can i find a stock firmware with preloader and custpack and etc...
2 - can i use another MT6589 firmware that supports my phone? or should it be only from Alcatel?

I am desperately searching for stock rom for alcatel onetouch scribe hd 8008d ... but it's impossible to find , my phone is bricked so can i have any alternative to make it alive??:crying:

It's so sad that I can not find anything about this phone... I am like the only person who has this problem with alcatel onetouch scribe HD ... no where I can not find the stock firmware ... common it was a good phone.
I am so confused that after searching everywhere possible over internet , I couldn't find this firmware

The TCL-Y900 is the same phone. You can try their upgrade software if One-Touch does not work.

Thank you very much , but unfortunately that did not help either.
I even formated the Bootloader with SP Flash tools ... but it gives me this error your version of software is the latest , there is no greatest version available..".

would be interested in a backup of stock firmware (made with spflashtool) ?
note: i read somwhere that restoring preloader, even of its own firmware, is not recommended, high risk of hard brick.

I also own this alcatel model. I would like to ask you if someone had a chance to find a stock bootup animation. Because I unfortunately delete it and I need to restore it. Do I need it for reclamation? This is my first post in here and I have no idea about these things....

Don't have too much hope...apparently this stock firmware doesn't exist any where
plausible solution
Hello guys, there is a possible solution to our current problem. we would need the pro_info and scatter file that contains the pro_info for our phones. otherwise, we wouldn't be able to flash it via OTU. problem is, this is not a common phone. many people are using other brands and I am not able to find anything for 8008x or 8008d. we may need to just send it to the manufacturer for software redownload.

That number is written on the box and inside the phone behind the battery ....
After i installed a new rom on my Micromax A120 the two sims were undetected and iemi shows unknown... unable to talk to my mom... can anybody help me fixing this? I installed Rom CleanKat... When ever i tried to dial a number it says first disable aeroplane mode! i tried fixing it with uncle tools but no luck.. CDS Information shows nothing... Please help me!!

i flashed q mobile a110 with valcano box.
and also with sptool. my problem is that before flashing set was giving sim service 10/10.
now it is not registering on network... not automatically nor manually ..

Maybe imei is changed....reflash imei
Sir recently I flashed new row in lenovo s850 then is said memory full in sp flash tool, and I tried flashing another time with different updated version row it flashed successfully but it cannot detect my imei number, it is displaying invalid imei. Can any one help me.
