Try factory reset then wipe cache and dalvik cache then flash the zip.

I've unlocked the bootloader, rooted my Moto G (xt1032) with superboot and installed CWM recovery on it. So I tried installing Cyanogenmod 11 (cm-11-20140405-SNAPSHOT-M5-falcon.zip at the moment) for my device and initially, everything works fine. It boots pretty smooth and downloads all the apps from the Google Play Store. But when I reboot the device I get the error "Unfortunately com.android.systemui has stopped" a few times. After clicking "okay" I get to enter my PIN for my SIM card, but then it just gets worse. The error pops up constantly and I have no possibility of selecting anything else. The apps on my wallpaper dissappear and appear again, the wallpaper switches to fullscreen, then normal again and so on. Wiping cache or dalvik cache does nothing, only a factory reset helps. Then it installs all the apps again, but when I reboot, the same problem persists.
Some threads suggested it may be an app and since it only happens when I reboot, could it be an app that launches on boot?
Others suggested trying an older version of Cyanogenmod (which is why I'm using M5 at the moment. M6 gave the exact same problem). Or has it something to do with the gapps file I'm using?
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Mine did this once and what worked for me was fixing permissions.

Tried fixing permissions before even installing any app. Rebooted, no luck. Still the same error without even a google account linked or app installed.

Do you remember which permissions exactly?

You need to do it from your recovery. In TWRP, there is a button that says "Fix Permissions." I'm sure it's available in CWM, as well.

CWM recovery didn't have a fix permissions setting, so I flashed TWRP through fastboot. Fixed permissions, rebooted: same error.
Did another factory reset and cache, sideloaded CM11 snapshot M5 and GApps to TWRP, flashed again. CM11 booted fine, just like it always does the first time. Had to reboot into recovery in order to fix permissions (wasn't able to do that right after I flashed CM). Rebooted again and still the same error.

Try manually wiping system, data, cache, and dalvik. If that doesn't work, try a different gapps package. If it still gives the same error after that...then I don't know.
I had the same problem : I just flashed cm nighglies instead and waited for one enough stable...
So today I installed clockworkmod recovery via this tool . Then I entered and wiped all data, caches and dalvic cache so I can install CM12. But when I tried to install via zip option on the CM12 zip it showed error 7. I decided to reboot my phone thought the CWM menu so I can fix the error with the ROM. Also when I clicked the reboot it said the root will be gone and it can try to fix this so I said yes. But then it just loaded only to Sony logo and after like 20 sec it restarts automatically and freezes again on Sony's logo. I'm not even able to enter the recovery. How I can fix this issue?
Flash boot.IMG again using flashtool and then try entering recovery

You can flash stock FTF via Flashtool
Hey, is it fixed now? I did the same to mine

Try flashing rom through adb sideload

A week ago, more less, I installed KatKiss-5.0_TF300T_014b.zip on my Asus tf300t and everything was ok until today. When I have turned it on this morning I have noticed that it was staying in a reboot loop.
After that, I tried to reinstall this rom again through TWRP 2.8.0.0 but the reboot was there again. Then I tried to flash CM 11 snapshot m12, but the reboot was earlier. And now i don't know what I should do.
More info: when I flash superSU and gapps, the screen says "E: Unable to mount data" . Perhaps I should do a format data to fix it. What do you think?
Thanks for your answers

I actually got the same problem with it when I flashed that. I did a factory reset from TWRP, then reflashed the ROM and Gapps to make the rebooting stop.
Format data??

I have already tried it (factory reset) and the problem remains. What if i do a "format data"?

The Format data within TWRP will delete all your apps and settings.
Now my tablet is ok after formatting data.
Though I checked many times, I do have a titan, so I downloaded the appropriate snapshot. But when I tried to flash it, I got a status error 7, why is that so?I know what this error means and I don't understand why it displays
Reboot recovery and try again. If you still get the error, TWRP > Wipe > Format DATA > Yes.

I did, and it flashed without error this time, but now I get stuck with the cyanogen icon on boot. I tried to wipe cache, dalvik and data again though.
If you have a Moto G 2014, you are in the wrong forum. Go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/development
Hi all,
I'm using the OPO with CM11 44S.
lately I began to get annoying popups like "unfortunately, trebuchet stopped" or "unfortunately, setting stopped".
I've tried to access apps to clear cache but my phone throws me out every time.
So I've decided change my ROM to lineage.
downloaded the ROM and the gapps, updated my twrp, cleared dalvik, system cache and data. and tried to install with twrp.
update failed with " error executing updater binary in zip".
I restored my phone and again tried to install the rom but now i wiped only dalvik and cache and data. this time i got error 7.
I searched a little and saw that you need to edit with notepad++ and delete some lines from the "updater-script" file.
I did it and tried to flash and now i got error 6.
pretty frustrated at the moment! I'm really happy with my CM11.0 44S ROM and if i can bring it back without the annoying popups it will be great.
Does anyone have any idea???

You must flash new firmware in order to upgrade to LOS since you're on Old cm11s firmware.
Don't make any changes to the rom zip file,it is fine.Just make sure that the zip file is not corrupted.
Preferably this firmware,
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24389512218018449
Wipe everything except internal storage then flash firmware then LOS.Make sure you're on latest TWRP.
Good Luck!
thanks.
worked like a charm!
