so im a newbie,, i dont know your languages, i dont know some terminologies in android, i dont know flashing, rooting, cwm, mtk etc. all i need to know is the safeties way to root my gionee p4 ,, i appreciate any kind of help. :fingers-crossed:

guys im really afraid of bricking my handphone. and when i read the guide its alittle confusing. i'm still a fresh men for window mobile. was a symbian fan.migrating to higher OS.
Can anyone guide with me how do i achieve success installing of any ROM is available here , can anyone here please help me.i appreciate your help.i would prefer if u have for me a note pad with very easy steps..i dont mind to if u anyone wants to post a one thread long .

It would be really helpful if you could give us some other information about your phone, other than the generic " help me Flash "
Because here is the generic instructions:
Turn the phone on
Back up all your data.
Unlock and flash hardspl
Download and flash the rom of your choice
Hard Reset
Flash a compatible radio
And you are good to go

Simply put, it is firmware that controls the sound and camera on your phone.
It is not really a radio receiver.

Ive seen some guides about rooting and flashing but i just cant understnd what to do first can somebody help me step by step? Including flashing this rom? I cant understand the guide too btw here's the link of the rom i want to flash. Please teach me too on how to unbrick my phone if i failed the process i really do want to make my phone better and i think the jellybean update for this phone is not 100% sure true or if its true it will be months i guess? I have a Samsung SCH-M828C and I was wondering if anyone could give me a guide for rooting it. I haven't found on for this model of phone and don't know if there I can follow the same guide as another. I just want to be careful so I don't end up bricking my phone. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

i have also gain root by this method and it is fully working
and if u dont have clockworkmod recovery to replace superuser,you can download supersu from google play and it will replace without cwm...
and it will also install adb drivers for u...

I would like to know how to unlock its bootloader and install a different OS as I can't install Google playstore etc. Can any kind soul guide as to where I should post my question appropiately so I could get the best guide step by step. Apology and thanks in advance.

If its MTK device you can probably boot into EDL mode and unlock the bootloader using the MTK unlock tool look it up there are many tutorials of it on YT then you check if you can flash a GSI on it if so try flashing PE GSI

Hi Mystic is me again, I am learning to unlock the bootloader.
Queson after I have unlock. What is the next step? I don,t want to install those unfamiliar OS like lineage. ubuntu etc. Which is very difficult for as I am not knowledgeble on this. I need a normal OS where I can use google playstore. So what to do? Thank in advance. some tips should be of great help
