Torch/Flashlight toggle? - G3 Themes and Apps

After using Tweakbox I see Torch as an option in the restart menu, I'm wondering if there is a toggle that can be added to my home screen without using a seperate app to use the light? Maybe an Xposed module that I'm not seeing?
Thanls-Dan

You could make it so holding a volume button turns it on

Yeah, I know. I don't want that, just a toggle would be swell.

Xposed module is an application...
You can use my applications - Quick Circle apps, or if you want just torch - Quick toggle.

I would love to have a torch/flashligh toggle in the Quick Settings Panel (Status Bar).
Is there any solution for that?

OK, will have a look at it. I'm using G3 Tweakbox atm, which does not have an option for it, i thought it fits better to the the LG UI...

There are quite a few apps that can add it to your notification bar or as a widget.

I didn't want a dedicated app for it.

To confirm. Do you just run the installer in the apk and go from there?

So the link provided in the OP says that this MOD works if you have the FRAMEWORK installed....I don't want to install any framework. I just want my stock look....for now, lol.

Yes..its posted in the instructions in the link I gave you.
Its pretty cool because now you can customize everything from change the carrier name on the lock screen to removing the am/pm in the status bar with the press of a button..

Really..all u have to do is download the app..open it..press install/update and reboot and thats it..the customizations are for stock. It doesn't change the look..just adds and remove certain features. If you don't like then dont change it.
Thanks. Doesn't look like it works on Free Rom.
Followed the directions and the changes don't stick after rebooting.
Never mind. It works. I forgot to enable the mod.

You should have installed 2 apps "xposed installer" & "nottach xposed". Open the "exposed install" app..hit "install/update" under the Frameworks side..on the top right side you should see "Modules"..enable "Nottach exposed". Then reboot. Now open the Nottach Exposed app and start customizing.
Its cool that things are starting to work across different variants and carriers. Hopefully ROMs and kernel won't be far behind.
I guess i was trying to make too many changes but nottach crashed on me. i had to clear app cache and data then clear framework and reinstalled and make changes again. just fyi if it happened when i had changed the color on status bar, changed the notification window colors. Then i tried changing to notification bar color and thats when it rebooted with default colors
thanks for this! This solved so many things I found annoying about this phone. The 100% charge notification??? Ugh!!! And more! here's my modded drop-down notification drawer. I changed the colors and transparency. I think it looks great!
The one thing I did notice was that the Circle Battery mod didn't work after a reboot.

[Q] Toggle button for quick toggles?

I have Gravitybox and Xperia Flip Settings installed, which is great, but if I already have the notification bar pulled down I can't change between the notifications and the toggles.
So basically I'd like to know if I can have this button on Xperia L: http://imgur.com/330kKaT
It doesn't have to be this button, but something that makes it possible to change between the toggles and notifications just like what that button would do.
Yeah the Last option in statusbar >Quick seeting, u can chose side (left or rigth) to pull noti bar or the Quick seetings.

I have that option enabled, but I often forgot that I wanted to pull down the quick toggles, and when I've already pulled down the notifications I can't change it to the toggles, so I have to swipe the notifitacions back and pull down again from the right side of the screen.
It's not really a time-consuming task, but it's kinda annoying since it happens to me so often.

Issues with G3 Tweakbox

Having issues with the tweakbox.
When I enable it in xposed and activate any Mod (whichever) I get the permanent volume slider on the notification screen. If I go and edit quick settings, the option to show/hide brightness and volume sliders is no longer there. In the tweakbox there's an option to hide the sliders but it's greyed out and cannot be toggled.
Also in the tweakbox, there's an option to center the clock on the status bar. I select it but it doesn't do anything. All other mods seem to work.
Anyone able to help?

Have you looked to see if the setting that's a few under the brightness and volume slider settings in tweaksbox called "Toggle sliders with settings button" is checked? Just try long pressing the little settings icon in the top right of your notification shade, it should hide or show both sliders. That option grays out the manual option to enable or disable those sliders, however.
I have actually. Still nothing

Try to clear your cache and data.. (This would be Settings, Apps, All apps.. select G3 TweaksBox).. then you see those options.. Good luck :fingers-crossed::good:
This could also be because you probably need to donate/purchase the app to enjoy FULL access

[Q] How to change notification drawer to quick settings panel by swipe?

Hi,
I had a ROM once, that allowed me to swipe from left to right or vice versa on notification drawer so I could toggle between notifications panel and quick settings panel (by swipe).
Do you guys now if this is doable with CM11 somehow?
If it is possible it would be with xposed, which doesn't work with art and from my experience makes the phone a little slower.

What you described works with swiping on the notification pull down bar. Not inside the drawer itself.
It depends what ROM you're on, some have it, some don't. CM doesn't.

[Q]Hide airplane mode icon on statusbar

Try GravityBox, it's an Xposed module that has a lot of tweaks for your system including the status bar.

OK maybe try hiding the signal icon instead of airplane icon?
You can try an Xposed module called "Flat Colored Bars". It will let you customize your status bar and what you can and can't show on it.

Its Flat Style Bar Indicators!
