Auto tune app

So after searching, and doing a lot of research I still haven't found a decent auto tuning application. Were are the devs at?? Im willing to pay, and im sure there are plenty of more people who are. With the release of the "I am t-pain" app on the iphone, android hasn't been able to keep up. I love the **** out of my evo, but I feel like there should be more in the app market. Theres no good drum apps, no auto tune, no good keyboard/synth apps, no recording apps. Why are we slacking so hard here. What the hell do we need to do to get this going and produce apps people want that aren't pointless. Please, lets shed some light on this!

So critical arent we...why so serious!...I feel my mans, I think that I am T. Pain app is fun especially for wasting time, it is not going to make or break how much I love my phone. But I would love to be able see more apps ported over to android from the iphone, such as that Bruce Lee game, totally rockin!

Thank you, even if they made an app that could port iphone apps that would be amazing. Or even make apps on the iphone compatible with bump, cause I noticed you cant put apps in bump on the iphone like you can with droid. Maybe something along these lines would be better and cut the hassle of making apps for different platforms, and at the same time everyone can be happy.

Anyway, I feel your pain. There really aren't any really nice music apps for android. I use beat maker on my ipod touch and its damn near a production center, unfortunately we just don't have the developer support. Not sure w are gonna get any support any time soon. They can't even pay developers to jump ship and develop for android

Hahaha I love all the hate I'm getting for saying something I would like to see. Feels like I'm back in high school again with all the little immature kids.

As someone who's actually tried to get something like I Am T-Pain working on Android, I can tell you the reason you don't see more music apps like the ones Smule does for iPhone is due to the relative lack of any sort of low latency audio API in Android. I just found it amazing you said Android been behind the curve ever since the t pain app for iPhone, as if that's THE app that defines how good an OS is. Wow. Just as you said its a time waster, cool, but ultimately useless, and therefore I'm sure its not a priority right now.
Would be fun to play with though, all I have is my 1g ipod touch so I never got to mess around with it. Just not somethin I'm hurting for

Why so much hate in this topic? The guy is looking for a neat app on the apps discussion board. Big ****ing deal. If you don't like it, then don't even post and save everyone else the time of finding out what a baby you are.

noob, I hope you're not actually leaving. It saddens me to hear this, especially after I just tried out your amazing start on Cyanogen and considering how much you really helped get Epic development started.
I can't say that I'm too surprised considering how vocal the haters are. Please know this, while the trolls and all the immature kiddies maybe louder, there is a whole community of Epic owners who really appreciate what you've done and have a lot of respect for your work.
May I ask where/what you'll be heading next?

Sony to release dual screen android tablet...guess we might be wrong about the echo..

Just as the article mentions, its like the echo, now i personally dont like it as a phone but a tablet...idk tbh now the whole concept really looks like a 3ds lol, you guys think this thing will sell? What will be the major selling factor? hardware? bootloader? updates?

np man i might see if i can pick this up, save a little money, i got an evo soon to be a 3d too, for my phone, and as of now im rocking the ipad 2 as my tab, hopefully these new tabs can take advantage of honeycomb

Honestly right now the iPad looks more appealing than any Android OS tablet. I think Android needs to work on polishing Android for tablets a bit more.

Idk about that. Have u seen the moto zoom. They r pretty polished and r running honeycomb. Very responsive and very fast

Yeah buddy, and the asus transform is $399 for the 16gb model, or $499 for the 32gb model.

Just report the thread at the top right hand corner to see it go away. I feel like I shouldn't visit Android Central on a daily basis because I can find all the articles on the XDA Evo section.

I don't doubt that this dual screen idea could be more of a future norm, so long as it is done right. Have gotten some hands on time with the Echo and while you sort of get the idea, it just really seems tacky. At least I came away from the Echo with that feeling. I'm more interested in dual screen displays than 3D as well.

If they'd build this so that there's a flush (seemless) connection between the screens I'd seriously consider these ....as it is their just.... stupid.

Keep the thread on subject. I am moving it to General as it does not belong in the EVO section.

The concept is nice, however I just cant get over the gap in the middle between the two screens, it really ruins the experience for me. Now if they do it RIGHT and allow true multitasking between each window this will be a good competitor; the screens are 5.5 inches so that's just big enough to allow full featured browsing/operation on each screen.

P.S. hate to admit, but Samsung has done a better job this time. I just prefer looks and feel of Sensation. But after experiencing few problems with it , if I had a choice again, I'd probably go SGS2. Not a fan of Samsung or HTC, I'm a fan of good quality equipment.
Just read somewhere that nexus prime is going to be Samsung parts in metal body. Now that is something to look out for.

Yeah I know. Both of them are top of the range, high end amazing devices. Don't see why it's so sensitive. Just depends on your preference. For me, the look and resolution of the Sensation took me to the dark side

I hate people that disrespect devs. Thumbs up to them for porting it.
I was on G+ on a CM developer and on the post about Sensation port this guy was just insulting CM7 saying it sucks, yet it takes time and effort to develop. I'm a developer myself (not for Android) and I know how it feels to have your work disrespected.

Here is a modified version of droid pissing on apple what I did was increase the resolution so it better fits our screens, slowed it down a bit and added the words **** Apple to it

Also in the previews I blacked out part of the bad word its not blacked out in the actually animation
Directions: 1- download zip
2- go to system/media and rename existing boot animation to bootanimation.bak

4- Reboot and enjoy
Here's an 18+ one i can't show the previews do to xda rules but it's Android screwing apple
