Thanks. Installed on my D838 32GB Singapore version 10A without any issue. Performed a backup and all good.
When rebooting, it asked do you want to fix root, say NO!

I don't know, but it works on 10F.
so I just install the apk available in this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/lg-g3-f400-recovery-6-0-4-9-t2825865

i am aware we can flash LT9 image to LT10 as last time huawei repair shop accidently flash LT9 to my LT10. but not sure whether you will lost the dual-sim function or not. or other thing such as your ram size
