Does any one have an issue with the Google Play store automatically closing when you do app updates? Every time I have app updates on the Play store the play store app closes and then I have to go back to the play store and re-download the app updates. I have deleted my google account on my Tab Pro and I have also Cleared the data and cleared the cache and it still closes. What could be the issue with the play store closing all the time for no reason?

Mine does this all the time as well, sort of, although the updates continue the Play Store does "close", actually, it moves to the background and is still running... if I switch to it via task manager it is still updating.
Happens randomly for me. Some applications cause it whereas others do not. Haven't had it happen on my tablet for a while now though.

I'm not quite sure what I did, but Google+'s settings are not saving. Every time I open the app, it asks me if I want to sync contacts and have it backup my images. Every time. Every time I take a picture, I get a notification that it can backup my images, even though I told it no! I have a theory as to how this broke (I think it was when I tried to "integrate" the Google Play Services update into my ROM), but I cannot figure out how to fix it.
I have an LG Optimus F3 (rooted). I was using Titanium Backup to "integrate updates into ROM", when I accidentally told it to integrate the "Google Play Services" update into the ROM. This caused Google Play Services to immediately crash. I waited like 20 minutes, but Titanium Backup never progressed. I rebooted.
Google Play Services is crashing whenever I try to do anything. I managed to get into Titanium Backup to uninstall it. This stopped it from crashing. After a reboot, I opened Google+ and it asked me to update Google Play Services. I let the Play Store download and re-install Google Play Services.
This let Google+ open, and it wasn't crashing anymore, but now Google+ is unable to save its settings. I tried to convert the newly re-installed Google Play Services to a system app, but that didn't fix anything.
I have not yet tried to re-install Google+ because it's a system app, and I don't wanna break anything even more.
How can I get Google+'s settings to stick? How can I fix Google Play Services?
P.S. Is there an LG Optimus F3 forum? I couldn't find it.

delete play services from system, but first uninstall update if exist, reboot device, now go to settings then manage applications, delete cache for download manager, google play store and google service framework, open playstore, and then your mobile download automatically
Hello everyone, I've strange problem with this phone the things is that on all of my phones Play Store always showed me paid apps, on my Xperia Z, Z1, then Nexus 5 and when I switched to OnePlus I have only free apps, what could be wrong? This is not because of my location, I even tried mock locations, fake GPS but still nothing please help :S Maybe I should install different Cyanogen Mod?
Do you perhaps have a few google accounts and have chosen the wrong one for Play Store?
Try wiping Play Store app data and starting it again.
No I have only one account, I've cleared data from both Google Play Store and Google Play Services, even disabled, then enabled then re-added account, even VPN doesn't work : |
I had to change the user on the phone without resetting it.
So I added another google account and ended up with 2 accounts. Then removed the old account. Some of the apps got uninstalled and some of the data in other apps dissapeared, which is ok.
Phone works fine. Everything functions but there's one problem.
If I open "installed apps" in GooglePlay I get nothing. No apps installed. I can install a new app and it'll show up there. but all the basic stuff is gone. So Maps, Gmail, Chrome etc are not showing up there. So obviously they won't get updated ever. I understand that I can uninstall and reinstall them and they'll appear, but
Is there a way to link all the existing apps on the phone to the Play Store so they can get updates?
The phone is rooted.

Clear Play store / services : data/cache/dalvik and you shoule be fine again.
I forgot to mention - I tried to clear data on google play services, play store and google services framework yesterday.
After a reboot opened playStore and it asked to accept the terms and still didn't show anything.
recently I installed this Google Play Services Instant App, now when I uninstall it, it come back in few time. is there anyway to get rid of it, completely.
