Your credit card must have a US billing address.
does it have to be legit? or can i just grab any from google maps? thanks.
you can't
The card that you use needs to support AVS (address verification) with a US address, something that also excludes a number of US cards.

Hi,
Have a Galaxy S4 with a standard Android 5.0 build on it. All working well.
I have a Google Play store account with a credit card assigned.
I also have another Google Play store account which I have added a $30.00 Google play store voucher to.
When I want to purchase a Google play resource, it always selects the primary Google account with the credit card assigned to it.
Is there any way to select the 'second' account with the $30.00 Google Play voucher for payment of app/purchase?
I'm thinking I could remove the Google Play account with the credit card, leaving only the second account with the voucher, but wondering if there is a cleaner way of accessing the $30.00 voucher card account., without having to delete accounts.
Thanks for any thoughts/help.

I believe you must sign out of the first from settings>accounts>Google. Then sign in with your other account.

Hmm.. that's what I was thinking too. But was hoping you could "magically" switch between accounts without having to "remove" the primary credit card account. and then add it again later. It would/could seriously trash an Android device if the primary account has purchased many apps like Titanium Backup, Droidmail, Business Calendar and etc.
If lucky, at best those apps will just not work during the switch, at worst.....
Before I really thought about this, I thought is was a good/easy way for "significant other" to buy stuff on the voucher card and not have to concern myself about using the credit card account.
I believe, without ever having done it, a primary account can have multiple payment options.
Thus the primary account could have both the credit card and the voucher.
BUT, the voucher was just for one person and not the other little monkeys that use the 'primary' account for all there 'generic/common' paid applications.

You could try to just add the other account to your device. Settings>accounts>add account>Google.
Then see if you get the option to switch between the two.
Hi, I am an android app developer from India. I want to signup for Google playstore developers' account to submit my app. But when I try to pay the registration fees for it, it says "Invalid credit card". I am using my SBI(State bank of India) Visa Debit card. How do I go around this problem? Which cards are currently acccepted by Google play store in India? Please reply asap, it's urgent.
Thank you

Just wondering if any Vodafone customers from Ireland or UK have come across an issue where they can't use their carrier credit as payment option under Account in the Google Play Store?
The option used to be possible on my phone but isn't anymore as Vodafone isn't showing up as a payment option that can be added. Only credit/debit card, PayPal, and Redeem Code are available. Not sure how to get Vodafone back.
Is it possible to use our smartwatch with Google Pay and PayPal?
When ever I try this the configuration on the watch it leads to a dialog on my smartphone which expects a credit/debit card number.
The Google Pay App on my smartphone knows the PayPal Account/card, I payed with it yesterday and it worked.
Greetings
You can't use Google Pay with Paypal, you can only use a bank card from a supported bank. Paypal in Google Pay is only for digital and online purchases.
