Verizon yellow triangle upon factory reset. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!! - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Hello. After bricking my device and getting it working again, I decided to factory set it. When it was booting, it came up with the yellow triangle. I can't seem to get out of it. PLEASE HELP. Thank you so much.
Edit to clarify: I wouldn't be so worried if this didn't happen while trying to reset my entire phone... Is there any way out of this? I can't seem to get into download mode.
Edit 2: It says SECURE FAIL: KERNEL at the screen and before the screen pops up, it says in the upper left hand corner in blue it says RECOVERY BOOTING...
Got it. Thank christ. Now Odin won't detect my phone.
Edit: I got it to work by holding volD+Home+Power. When the screen flashed the warning and is about to boot into the error, I pressed the volD button very fast until the warning for download mode came up.
EDIT: Surefire way to get into device: Make the screen go black if it isn't already by pressing the power button. After the screen goes black, hold down volDO+home for about two seconds and then, without releasing your fingers, start holding the power button. The download mode warning screen will flash briefly and then it will go off again. Once you see that screen flash, release your finger off of the power button. When the screen goes off, start holding the power button again. The next screen that loads should be the download mode warning. Instead of clicking "download mode" (unless that was your intent), click volDO to restart phone into regular mode.

Serious Issue with NVflash or Gtablet

Well I was screwing around with my gtab, trying to put honeycomb on it, (I was on cyanogenmod) and I knew that I needed to put build 4349 on it. Unfortunately, I put that build on it, and installed my rom, but it didn't work. I decided to do the exact same thing over again, to see if it worked the second time. Halfway through the process, while restarting my gtablet, I had a serious problem. My gtablet will turn on after holding down the power button for about 30 seconds, but the screen is completely black and blank. Also, if I hit the (+) button, it says it will boot a recovery image, but it never does. If I hit the (-) to put it in APX mode for a NVflash, it simply turns off.
PLEASE, I have no idea what to do, because I really don't know what is going on with my tablet. I am just trying to put a honeycomb rom on it, but it seems I have completely screwed it up.
To put it straight: It won't go into APX mode
The screen is supposed to go black and blank when you start up in APX mode. Plug it into your computer and check to see if it is or not.
yea but supposedly it shows the viewsonic logo for a second. Mine when I hit the power button and hold the minus and just hit the power button are both the same. Also, I plug it in and nothing happens.
I tried holding the power for 15 seconds, nothing, if I hit the power for about 5 seconds it turns on that blank screen, if I hit + it says recovery key detected and booting recovery, but nothing happens after that
the black screen is the APX screen, it is blank and black.
You don't see an android symbol first.
my computer never says anything about a tablet without drivers or anything as stated in all guides
It's not unusual for the VS Birds splash screen to get lost during flashing operations that go bad. You also might not get a missing driver message for a number of reasons (especially if the driver isn't missing). So...
If the splash screen is missing, when you turn the tablet on while holding the volume down key the backlight should come on momentarily then the screen will go black. If that happens then you are in APX mode. If you have a linux box handy you can plug it into that and issue an "lsusb" command in a terminal window to verify that. There might be an equivalent for windows but I don't use it so I can't tell you what it would be.
If you are really having that much trouble with it I'd be happy to look at it for you if you cover shipping.

[Q] Phone continues to reboot, need help

Alright so here's the issue. I was about to flash the latest CM using ClockworkMod, before it restarted it asked for superuser permissions which I had already granted before which seemed odd to me. I set down my phone after this to let it do its thing after this and when I picked it back up it was off and wouldn't come back to life. It's bricked.
When I try to power it on, it shows the Samsung logo and then goes black and then nothing. If I hold down the vol+, power and home to get to recovery it will show the Samsung Galaxy S3 logo then goes black, then shows the samsung logo again, then goes black and stays there. If I do vol-, power and home, it asks to press vol+ or vol-, so I press vol+ to get to Odin. It shows the Odin screen for about 5 seconds and then it goes black and stays black.
So basically, I can't boot, get to recovery, or get to odin long enough to actually use it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Sounds like it is time for a replacement. I had a Thunderbolt that did the same thing and couldn't fix it because the phone will not stay on long enough to do anything.

Bootloop can't get into recovery

I am running Cm11 nightly , can't remember the day i think it is 2/21. Well randomly today, the phone rebooted and went into a bootloop. I am not sure why it is doing this now. But even if i remove the battery, and replace it the phone will bootup automatically and continue the bootloop. I can not get into recovery, just Odin. I have read that people have been having trouble with the power button sticking, can anyone confirm this? Any other suggestions?
Thanks
Try volume up + home + power to get into recovery. When you see the blue text in the top left corner saying "rebooting recovery" let go of the power button but continue to hold home and Vol up

If I do this, I see the blue text in the top left but then I get the Samsung loading screen and then it shuts off and reboots.

another option if you cant get into custom recovery is to flash it with a stock rom using ODIN, you will lose everything but it might be your only option as to recovering your phone.
I have figured out that it is a hardware issue. I can boot into the phone if I continuously press the power button as it is booting up. But once it gets fully turns on, the power screen will constantly come up and eventually the phone will just reboot and start the whole process over again. From what I can see, the power button circuit is stuck in on I believe.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Looks like I am just going to have to get a replacement.

[Q] Touch screen not responding

i saw a shortcut like on the internet *#2663*#(don't remember exactly) and tried it. it showed my touch screen version.I accidentaly pressed the "update firmware" button. It said updating... do not turn off the phone.i waited for sometime but ended up removing the battery.now when i switch on my phone the touch screen does not respond.i switched of my phone and tried pressing the volume up+power+home button which shows "RAM DUMP mode (ARM9 mode)" and freezes in the Samsung screen.if I try pressing the volume down+home+power buttons it shows a yellow triangle with the android symbol and below it says downloading... and freezes. i don't know what to do now....please help me out!!!..
You should be extremely cautious not to press that update button. That kills the touch sensitivity.
Since u have done that & have access to download mode, I can only advice u to flash GT-S5670 stock firmware(froyo/gingerbread) by odin v4.38. That may help, atleast u can try it.
& when flashing is successful & still touch doesn't work then...I guess u have to visit Samsung care centre:sly:.

Help, I screwed up my wife's phone! "failed to open recovery_cause"

My wife's phone was rebooting constantly, so I thought I'd go into recovery and factory reset it. Well, as it turns out, I'm a moron...I did from the "maintenance recovery" screen and now it's stuck in a loop. If I try booting like normal it'll say "recovery booting....." A few times, I've been able to hold power, vol. up, and home and get it to a blue screen that says "installing system update", then into the no command screen. Then when I do vol. up and power, I get a message that says "Failed to open recovery_cause" I'm trying to replicate that screen now to get all of the details off, but can't currently seem to get to the no command screen.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
Oh, the blue light is constantly pulsing regardless of the state of the phone.
Edit: Tried it again and this time got a "Secure check fail" screen
Edit (2): Got in this time, got the error, somehow got back to the no command screen, got a longer failed to open error, see pics. Let the phone sit long enough and recovery eventually loaded. Did the factory reset from there and I'm back to the same point as when I first posted.
Text me on telegram and I'll help you fix it @vishanMK

Have you been able to fix this?
Was able to boot into maintenance mode, then into recovery mode and reset. The power cycling was still happening, so I tried a shot of canned air in the usb port since I saw that suggested on other stores. After that it decided to not charge anymore. Ended up upgrading her to a galaxy s20.
Today it charges, started to go through the new phone setup process, but then the bootlooping started again. After a few rounds of that, it seems like it's powered off, but has a pulsing blue light.
Got it to boot into safe mode, still turned off, but it didn't loop this time and no pulsing light now.
Power it in again normally and it works for about a minute, reboots 3 times, works for a minute and repeats that process a few times. Then goes back to seeming powered off but a pulsing blue light

Boot into recovery and clear cache then reboot.
