hi boys
i just wanted install CWM in Rom-manager....i searched for it it found
LGE X2....and i installed it, after that i restarted the phone and now the phone stoped on Boot logo...........i mean when i want power on it, it stuck in LG logo
what must i do to fix it..........please help meeee.........please..........i afraid so muchhhhhhhhhhhhh

1 - Turn off your phone
2 - Press power and volume down until the LG logo apears.
3 - Release the power button but keep the volume down pressed.
This takes you to the recovery screen.
Do a factory reset using the volume button to scroll and the 3d button to select.
Hopefully this works otherwise like me at a couple of occasions you will need to flash a KDZ

I have a lg p999 aka optimus 2x from wind and I tried to update the to another version of android using lg R&S tool and now my phone is stuck on S/W upgrade wait please screen it wont boot or anything , I cant get it out of there, if you could please help me :crying: thanksss

Try the following if you can get it to power off:
-> Turn the power off.
-> Press and hold the following keys at the same time for 15 seconds: Home Key + Power Key + Down Volume Key.
-> When the LG logo is displayed, release the keys. Wait....
Dear Members, I have a Cherry Tablet with no model number on it and now it is not working anymore ... It just stucks on the android logo and dont mover further. I try to reset it by pressing power key + Vloume up key but in that case it only show "" press power again with in 10 seconds to system recovery mode"" and then it shows repairing android logo and then again come on the same android logo and nothing happens. I need to know how can i find out its firmware or how can i root it again ?? I opened it and find out that it has WM8850 chip inside of it and nothing else i had found ...!

how to make hard reset on lg g pro 2?
Turn off your phone; if you can’t do it as usual, then press power button for about 15 seconds.
After shutting down your device, press volume down button and power button together and at the same time until the LG logo appears on the screen.
When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the power button, but keep pressing the volume down key.
Now press once more power button.
Once you do that, on your LG G Pro 2 the factory reset menu will be displayed.
Press power button in order to agree and wait while the hard reset is being completed.
Then, if you want you can enter recovery mode for clearing cache and for performing other operations.
Go back to Android OS by selecting „reboot system now”.

I've tried this myself too, but it booted the phone in Safe Mode and after that won't turn on.
The phone is on stock rom and is the D83810f 16 GB version. After I took out and reinserted the battery again, the phone started normaly.

actually, this worked for me...
Turn off the LG G PRO 2 (F350 / D837 / D838)
Make sure the battery LG G PRO 2 (F350 / D837 / D838) already full or more than 50%
Press together and hold the Power Button + Volume Down Button
If the Logo appear, then release all button, after that continue with press again Volume Up Button + Volume Down Button together then we are already at Recovery mode
Choose wipe data/factory reset using Volume Button, and press Power Button to Enter or OK
The LG G PRO 2 (F350 / D837 / D838) will continue master reset, wait for several minutes until the the phone start like new again.

BUT, instead of restarting, it takes me to philz touch recovery that I had installed after rooting. THen when I restart from there, it goes into the LG splansh screen and stays there forever. Can anyone help me with this?
Also, Philz touch recovey asks me to fix root before restarting. Is is necessary? I think selecting that option is causing the soft-brick.
Anybody have a clue?
You better keep a copy of workable ROM in your root directory, so that you can flash anytime to rescue your phone.

turn off phone...press power botton and vol up same time....when logo appear..release vol up but keep pressing power untill you see korean stuff or recovery appears...then press vol down..thats for lolipop or when you have custom recovery installed... Now if your on kitkat try this ...turn off phone...press power botton and vol down...when logo appear release power botton and keep pressing vol down and vol up same time untill recovery appears....hit tnx if it works

power OFF......PRESS TOGETHER POWER + VOL DOWN...logo appears LG...release BOTH...then press VOL UP + VOL DOWN...

thanks work on my f350s
When i try to enter to recovery mode of my lg f60 it enter in hard reset menu!
Help me i want to enter in recovery not at hard reset menu?
For try to enter i use:
-Shutdown smartphone
-Hold power key and volume down at the same time
-When lg logo displayed release a power key and press again it
-and expect until hard reset menu is displayed
