Just recently purchased a C720 and was hoping XDA had a dedicated forum for Chrome OS. I've noticed Chromecast has a forum, why not Chrome OS? I've seen some awesome mods like installing Ubuntu on Chromebooks and I think a dedicated forum would be awesome for us Chrome OS users. :good::good: ?

Hi all, I have a problem with Chrome. I'm using galaxy s5 and whenever I open the browser for the first time I get the message: Unable to access the network, but once I refresh the page it loads everything as it should. How do I fix it without having to constantly keep chrome in the RAM. Thanks

Is there any VPN working on Android L? I can't even log into my Google account and restore my apps in China because everything Google is now blocked....Hola doesn't work, fqrouter doesn't work either. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me with it.

Um you do know that L is a developer preview edition, not necessarily ready for daily use...? I would read thru a bunch of the L threads already out there there might be a hack

I had the same problem. I use VyprVPN for China and couldn't even log into my account. Tried to set it up manually and also failed.

Can the "Most Visited" be disabled? I want to have just a clean homepage.
Also,before flashing a custom rom, when I was on the Official TW 5.0,in the omnibox from Chrome was just the word that I was searching for and now I get a whole URL with the search engine code plus the search bar from Google results.
Is there anyway to make it like it used to be on the TW 5.0?

First i would like to give thanks to all the information on this site, so i decided to create an account here to try and share too.
It just happened that I've bought a cool smartphone and tried to Root it, Luckily it went not successful haha my bad.
I've tried using almost all the One Click Rooting Apps (apk) available on here. So I Guess after what I've done with my powers I should ask for a SOS.

Is it because of the Lollipop v5.1 why I can't root it?? and if i use a computer base rooting will i hurt my Phone?

I've used Kingroots latest Version so far, Until Kingroot updates its database I guess we have to wait.
Anyway I will keep on trying to gain something too and to Help Others that meets same problem as mine.

Hi sir, Thanks for the link, I've found a Rooting process there but i can't post a Link in here (yet). I'm just afraid to try it because of complicated process, it might cause a Bootloop if done anything wrong.

I'm using a Moto E 2015 edition, codename Otus on CyanogenMod 13 Official. I am not too keen on using Google Apps, therefore I use Open Gapps Pico. Today I installed Google App from play store. But I can not find the feature OK Google detection from any screen.
Do I need to flash it via gapps? I really don't want to. If there is any other solution, kindly help me out here.

I'm using the SM-N986B/D variant and had my android auto connect to my car unit (Pioneer AVH - Z5090BT) and ever since got the update to A11, it has stopped connecting. I tried changing cables to connect to know if there was an issue with the cable I was using. Anyone has any solution to this?
This is a known Issue on some devices and some cars.

One of the solutions there (Specifically for Samsung S21 Ultra):
