I don't know about galaxy gear vr but if you have an aftermarket brand vr headset, Google cardboard apps should work.
Works with iPhone too.

Tag Heuer runs WearOS.... Samsung Galaxy Watch runs Tizen. You cannot run one on another.
Maybe the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 which runs the new WearOS could have a port of it but I doubt
