READ CAREFULLY - IMPORTANT (Updated 7/14):
1) The first boot after installing this ROM will take a LONG time. It's converting your partitions from RFS to ext4.
2) Before flashing, make sure you have at least 20% battery remaining. The file system conversion will stop if your battery level falls below 10%.
3) Before flashing any other ROM or kernel, you should disable Voodoo lagfix unless whatever you're flashing also supports Voodoo. The stock kernel can't read ext4 file systems and won't boot if you forget to disable the lagfix. See below for instructions.
4) Do NOT perform a factory data reset from the Settings > Privacy menu. If you want to reset, boot into red CWM and select "wipe data/factory reset".
How to perform a full installation from stock:
1) First get root and install modded 3e recovery.
2) Install ROM Manager from the Market and launch it.
3) Select "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery" and choose "Galaxy S i9000".
4) If you've booted into CWM recovery since installing it, skip to step 5. If not, select "Reboot into Recovery". When 3e recovery comes up, select reinstall packages by pressing the power button. You will have to select it twice and then CWM recovery will come up. Select "reboot system now".
5) In ROM Manager, go to "Download ROM", select my section (gtg465x), select the latest release, and hit the download button.
6) When you get to the "Installation Type" prompt, select "Full".
7) Select your addons and follow the on screen prompts.
8) When you get to the "ROM Pre-Installation" prompt, select "Wipe Data and Cache". You can uncheck "Wipe Dalvik" as it's included in "Wipe Data and Cache".
9) Press OK and hold your breath. When 3e recovery comes up, just select reinstall packages.

How to manually perform a full installation if you're already running a custom ROM:
1) Download update-infused-vX.X.X-full.zip and place it on your internal SD card.
2) Power off your phone.
3) With the phone powered off, hold both volume keys and the power button for about 10 seconds and then release. This should boot you into red CWM.
4) Select "install zip from sdcard" and select update-infused-vX.X.X-full.zip.
5) Once that finishes, select "wipe data/factory reset". If you're already running Infused and are just updating to the latest version, you don't need to do this.
6) Select "reboot system now".
How to manually install an update to Infused:
1) Make sure the vX.X.X portion of the update file name (update-infused-vX.X.X-vY.Y.Y-update.zip) matches the version of Infused you're currently running. If it doesn't, follow the instructions titled "How to manually perform a full installation if you're already running a custom ROM".
2) Download update-infused-vX.X.X-vY.Y.Y-update.zip and place it on your internal SD card.
3) Power off your phone.
4) With the phone powered off, hold both volume keys and the power button for about 10 seconds and then release. This should boot you into red CWM.

-Method 1: Create a file or folder named "disable-lagfix" in the Voodoo folder on your internal SD card and reboot.

Tips:
-If you've been running a ROM for a few weeks and it seems like things are starting to slow down a bit, following these instructions to clear your caches may help.
1) First, let's clear app caches. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage applications. Click on each of your Third-party apps and select "Clear cache" if applicable. There are apps in the market that will do this for you, but it doesn't take long to do it manually unless you have a ton of apps.
2) Now let's clear system caches. Power off your phone.
3) With the phone powered off, hold both volume keys and the power button for about 10 seconds and then release. This should boot you into red CWM.
4) Go to "advanced" and select "Wipe Dalvik Cache".
5) Now go back and select "wipe cache partition".
6) Finally, select "reboot system now". The boot will take much longer than normal because your phone has to rebuild system caches. And that's it. Hopefully things will feel a little smoother and snappier again.

ROM is great, but it has fews bugs: battery drain very quick, dont display nolification buttons and i cant connect on my school wifi. And also in the future dont install by default message+, because in my country this is unsupported

If you want have original huawei recovery you must reinstall one original rom from Huawei like original indian 2.3.5 or other.....

This rom will be installed by recovery mode, your device need Clock work mode recovery before installing.
Firstly, always make an android backup before flashing any rom :
Reboot into recovery, select option "backup and restore" and choose "backup", the backup will be in your sd card / clock work mode folder.
How to install this CriskeloRom ?
IF YOU COME FROM CriskeloRom, NO NEED TO WIPE, BUT IF YOU COME FROM ICS ROM OR OTHER CUSTOM ROM : WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET IS NEEDED BEFORE INSTALLING THE FULL ROM
- Make a Nandroid backup of your current rom (mode recovery/backup and restore/backup)
- Save your user apks with Titanium backup or other (don't save system apks)
- Put the zip downloded (CriskeloRom) on your intern SD card
- Go to recovery mode and : WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET + WIPE CACHE PARTITION + IN ADVANCED/WIPE DALVIK CACHE
Your phone is now clean, you can flash the Rom CRISKELOROM :
- Install zip from sd card
- Choose zip from Intern SD card

Other possibilities - Flashing MJ5 or newer firmwares from scratch
1 -First Flash Complete ROM N7100XXUEMJ5 from sammobile posted here( 2nd post)
with PC Odin (Link for MK4* firmware is on first post of that thread)
Now your device will have KNox enabled bootloader.
2 -Again with PC Odin, flash Philz Recovery : http://d-h.st/OIX
3- Flash Criskelo Rom from recovery
4- Your device should be now rooted and Knox free (You can also choose to keep Knox within the Aroma installer)
*You can also choose to flash Complete MK4 rom from Sammobile instead of MJ5..
Don't know if it's easy to downgrade from MK4 Bootloader ( as MJ5 is), but we all should be on new bootloader, sooner or later
There is no cleanest way to flash a Mod rom than this (flashing a stock firmware with Odin first)
About Restoring Nandroid backups:
You should first flash the kernel you used when that backup was performed - than restore nandroid

You can try first flashing this rom from recovery and then if no wifi, flash Dr.Ketan's wifi fix as I posted above
MJ5 bootloader is also an option as also mentioned

Additional Notes:
-Use "Appfreezer" included in the ROM to freeze "Google Play Services" and watch your Device flying!! (Google play services is one of the MAIN reasons why our phone lags, especially in games)
-The "PurePerformane X" engine ensures that your device gets Cleaned regularly
-The ROM settings have "CPU Control" and "Autostarts", make sure you use these in your advantage
-The ROM has Dual UI, Both UIs work smoothly, but if you're a gamer, then it is better to switch to Holo Theme before gaming, as you know, Material UI needs more resources that native Holo theme

Bugs:
-the "MonsterUI" app might force close when you go to "framework" options
FIX: just update the "monsterUI" module from Xposed app and reboot, now everything works well

Hi, I installed this ROM and it booted perfectly but during the installation I chose Nova Launcher and so I reflashed it again but this time I did not select any launcher and now the phone is stuck on sony logo. Not entering CWM Recovery. Please help.

ok, here's what you have to do:
-reflash stock rom using flashtool
-install root and cmw recovery
if you don't know how to do that then check the forum, you will find some useful guides made by some good people :good:

- Press BACK to go back several times to the main window.
- Press reboot
- Press recovery
- Press Not Install or slide
- Automatically restart in recovery stock
- again see Pulsar WIPE
- Press ADVANCE WIPE
- Mark only DATA
- Press REPAIR OR CHANGE FILE SYSTEM
- As you will see in the upper part, this is in EXT4 or MNC format, which is not adequate and we must change.
- press CHAGE FILE SYSTEM
- Press F2FS and slide, then back to the window of the wipes.
- Now we will perform a system cleaning.
- mark: Dalvik, Cache, data, internal storage (optional), system, vendor, and product
- IMPORTANT !: do not mark "micro sdcard".

I apologize that the previous rom did not respond, now observe and there was the added codes, use this file and paste in:
version/special cust/ RNE-L21/hw/meafnaf/prop/local.prop
use solid explorer and replace local.pro and restart the cell phone

Can't open system from solid explorer, and in twrp/file manager can't see version folder ! maybe something wrong with my installation. I do everything, one by one, like you say. but the rom is working.

I think that the local.prop solved my problem of sound, now it's good.
For the rom, some bugs : Emui Music is only in espagnol and chiness (I think), Mipop crash when longpress back key to kill app, and in motion control/pick up/wake up device can't be activated, doubletap2wake freeze the screen, you have to reboot
exept that, all is good. sorry for my bad english

How did u manage to find facial unlock? I'm also on c185 and it seems like there's no such option

After adding 'ro.config.face_recognition=true' to local.prop File in /system/emui/base/prop the option showed up in settings but i am unable to register my face, any idea?

In the settings app, under mobile data there's that "More" button. In the menu that opens when you click that, open mobile network and then turn off "Mobile Data Always On" option. Do the same to the one in the developer options if that's also turned on. No need to turn off the second one if you didn't unlock developer options though.
