[Completed] Dev. Thread Post Permission - XDA Assist

I just registered with a new e-mail adress. Can someone grant me permission to post in the developer's sections in order not to have me spam (post 9 more useless messages) in the general and Q&A forums in order to gain access and give feedback to kernel developer.

i am trying to post to a thread from a rom that i am using right now to mae them aware of an issue i found... but every time i try to reply i get this:
"reinaldistic, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Please Read: New members (those with fewer than 10 posts) are not permitted to post to development-related forums. The developer forums are intended for experienced users and developers to discuss ways to improve technical aspects related to ROMs and Software. While you may be an expert, we ask ALL users to avoid posting questions about using or installing ROMs and software in the Development Forums. To encourage this new Users can read but not post in these forums.
To ask Questions about developing your device, installing ROMs, software and themes you must go to the Q&A or General Forum.

You don't have enough posts to post in the dev sections. For the posters above you. Go to the dev section you want to post in. You can find the moderator of that section if you scroll down to the bottom. Right under where the page numbers are.
how are you supposed to have enough posts in the dev section if you cant post in the dev section?!
Build up your posts in other sections. Then when you have enough posts go back to the dev section you want to post in and make your post.
i did, the text calls for 10 or more posts in other sections, i have 12 in epic 4g q&a, and in general discusion q&a... and i still cant post in dev!!!
Sorry I didn't realize what your post count was. I would send the moderator of that section a pm and ask.

[Q] posting in wanted to buy? what gives?

i was trying to make a post or even read the market place section and everytime i click a link i get

[Completed] HELP!!!!

I have now 10 posts and yet I cannot post into threads and other forum section which is not even related with development sectors, like this Assist forum or Off Topic forum.
I have tried to post everywhere else too and it shows me the same error message, so I logged out and made this thread.
Is someone doing this to be intentionally or is this a system itself? I don't know how am I supposed to increase my posts and help people if I cannot post outside Q&A sections of some threads and those comments don't even count?
Thank you. My username is @udaan. Please look it up.
Hi there,

[Completed] Can't post in an thread

Hi, I would like to post in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-firmwares-roms-cwm-root-acer-mtk-t2945933 but i can't :
Oops! Sorry, ildarion, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
New members (those with fewer than 10 posts) are not permitted to post to development-related forums. The developer forums are intended for experienced users and developers to discuss ways to improve technical aspects related to ROMs and software. New users can read posts and download files, just cannot post for a bit.
To ask Questions about developing your device, installing ROMs, software and themes you must go to the Q&A or General Forum.
Remember, your question has very likely been asked already, so please search before posting.
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
P.S. Fill out this form and we'll elevate your account permissions more quickly so you don't have to make 10 posts first, but only if you have something valuable to contribute to the community.
