I've updated my moto g to 4.4.4 yesterday. Since that screen on time doesn't show up or it shows inaccurate time. I played games for an hour but the screen on time shows something like 1 minute. The battery percentage is accurate but all the processes show inaccurate battery usage and Android OS has the highest usage. I've never had any problem when i had 4.4.2.I wiped the cache partition and did a factory reset. Still not fixed. Please help me. The phone is unrooted and the bootloader is locked.

I don't know why this is happening... and I am doing quite a bit to try and alleviate it.
When I first got this tablet the battery was fantastic and it maybe used 2% over night when I slept. Now in one hour it can use 3% to 4%.
I have done the whole 9 yards of flashing back to stock, factory reset, all of that.
I sent this in recently to Samsung since I was having SOD issues and told them to fix this problem too but they fixed my SOD problem but not this one.
When in the battery use area in setting android is using any where between 12% and 40% of my battery with over 10 minutes of CPU time. When I first got this tablet android OS MIGHT have used 5% on a bad day.
I am saying this is the problem in terms of my battery but any input would be appreciated.
Edit:
Here is a screen cap of my battery usage (ignore that white line on the graph that was when I flashed LA3 back on to the Tab)
I bought the Nexus 5 on it's release and sadly the battery life has been really bad for a few days now. The phone also restarted a few times randomly while being in standby.
This is my current battery usage (I hope it's viewable):
Yesterday:
h**ps://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5TjklEnFH1Kb3F1dkswQjdiYTg/edit?usp=sharing
About 1 hour of screen on time and the battery is already down to 41%, even though I didn't do anything on the phone, except watching the battery usage. I didn't even use the phone-app and it's still listed.
Today:
h**ps://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5TjklEnFH1KWTFwbEI0amVHdmM/edit?usp=sharing
Screen on time: ~40 min
Cell standby & Wifi running: ~8.44 hours
Phone idle: 8.8 hours

I'm using stock Android (rooted), a factory reset didn't help.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks in advance
Your second day seems normal. Nothing to worry about there.
The first day battery killer was the Battery stats plus app. According to your graph it started draining after you rebooted.
On a typical day for me Android system, Android OS, and Google Services all hover between 12-6%
You can try loading a custom kernel and tweaking the CPU settings, you can load the app Greenify
Hello I have the D337 and the battery drains too fast. For example before I go to sleep the phone is fully charged and in the morning the battery is at ~40%. I took it to service and they told me that there was a battery malfunction and they replaced it. But the problem exists even with new battery. I took it again to the service center and they told me that there is nothing wrong with the device everything is working perfect. But when I took back the phone the problem is here. I tried factory reset, the same. I tried force updating the rom with LG Update Tool and again the battery drains. I tried with simply stock LG rom without installing anything from my apps and again the battery drains. The graphic from battery (in settings) show that there is something keeping the phone is active. The graphic doesn't show any moment that the phone is idle (that happens even if I just leave the phone alone at night). The apps from battery menu are: 1) media 26% cell standby 23%, wifi 23%, phone idle 22%, android system 5%.
What is wrong with the device?
Is there anything that I can do to find out what is causing the problem?
Thanks in advance.
The problem was fixed after one more factory reset and formatting the sd. Maybe some old caches or old kk files were causing the problem.

So I've an app called: BatteryBot who tells you an estimate on how many hours you've left to fully drain the battery. In the past, I could easily reach a day with my battery, as the app said, even when I played some games. But suddenly the battery suddenly drains a lot faster and the app says I've like 16 hours left after a full charge. And when I use some apps and games, the battery will decrease faster. I had to reset my phone to increase the battery life again back to normal and it was alright for like 1/2 months till I had to reset my phone again because of the decreased battery life. This process keeps repeating and I'm sick of it now.
Does anyone know how to fix this without resetting the phone (as it takes a lot of time to set the settings of the phone and all the apps etc.). And does anyone know why my battery has a decreased battery life after a while, but after a reset it's back to normal and will increase again?
I would appreciate some help as this is driving me nuts.
Thanks !
Ps: My phone is not rooted and I'm running Android 4.4.4
i know there are a lot of other threads out there, but I haven't found one that talked about the problem deeper and has a fix. anyways, I'm experiencing a serious battery drain where I charge my phone up to 100, unplug it in the morning, go to school and leave it in my pocket for 2 hours, and it ends up being 70-80% and the screen on time isn't even on the battery stats because I've barely used my phone to have it show up. As im typing this on my phone, ive even lost 2%. Is anyone experiencing something similar and is there a fix for this? At 33% now, according to the battery usage, cell standby is at the top of the list with 10% and screen on time is 25 minutes . Thanks so much
Please post some screenshots of battery stats and someone may be able to help

My phone is the same way. Even with the latest update that made cell standby way better where it sits at 1-3% my phone drains like crazy. It's been off the charger for 3 hours and 1 hour of screen on time and it's at 57%. They need a bigger battery in the s7.
Check to see if you have a VPN app installed, Firefox, Candy Crush (or other King app), or a weather app. Many use mdnsd that eats power. King apps send data all the time. And there may be some adware that you have that is eating power. Hope this helps...

Battery Drain
I have had the same problem. With the earlier update I had the issue with (what I consider) excessive drain caused by cell phone standby. With the latest update cell phone standby has taken a back seat to Android System. Here is a screenshot from today. As you can see Android System has more than twice the percentage of anything else. I reset the phone a couple of days ago but that had absolutely no effect. Went to a local Verizon store to complain which naturally went nowhere.

I did a factory reset in recovery wiped cache twice and rebooted I have had much better battery. 20-30% higher when I leave work. I also kept WiFi calling turned off not sure if that was the drainer.
