I wanna share touch recovery. This is the FIRST TOUCH RECOVERY BUILT FROM SOURCE (maybe) . And this is for Galaxy Y GT-S5360 aka TOTORO. If u wanna use this recovery on different device, u should port it before or some features wont works properly.

and suggestions sir, maybe we can add themes like TWRP XD

i also use some source code from BroadcomCM to compare and fix some bugs. yup.. i'll try to add themes with compare from source of pX-recovery and TWRP but if i have free time.

data not working becoz my apn is not there..so can't confirm it........music player force closing......needs little resizing....camera not working......but it is fastest of all......no lags...nothing.....only 55 mb...lol :laugh:

Thanks. I have not yet fixed the Media so the media player cant work as the required settings are not in the framework/media and some service components. Found where to mod. Having Music concert tomorrow at school , practising with my Bass Guitar now so the fix will be uploaded tomorrow or a day after

In AOSP there is no screenshot software. Maybe in nextbuild i will try to attach a new apk for the screenshots of which i will provide some screenshots of it.

Why guys you dont understand please try to understand first Let the Base get stable then port this all roms
When you port unstable roms nothing will happen just you have to update it every time base gets updated why just cant you wait there tons of miui ports no one care to update and i m sure you will also not care.
Just wait for few instead wasting time,energy for this

How can you comment on unstability?
Did you try other ports?
What stability issues you faced?
If you made any changes to make rom stable, list them.
They might help others in their ports.
I still think you need to change the thread title, unless you are the developer of MiUi.

Meet again with this cute guy.. hehehe .. OK back to topic. In this time i would like to share custom recovery with touch support for Galaxy Young GT-S310 that is TWRP v2.8.5.0. This custom recovery was developed by TeamWin and then I compile it for Galaxy Young.
Key Features :
Ability to save custom recovery settings.
Touchscreen driven with real buttons and drag-to-scroll.
XML-based GUI that allows full customization of the layout – true theming!
Settings are saved to the sdcard and persist through reboots.
Ability to choose which partitions to back up and which to restore.
Ability to choose to compress backups – now with pigz (multi-core processor support for faster compression times.
And because this is v2.8.5.0, so What's new in 2.8.5.0 :
Scale the GUI - TWRP can read the theme's resolution and scale it up or down to fit the theme to your screen's resolution.
Backups can now be cancelled while the backup is in progress (does not include restore because we don't want to leave your device in a bad state).
Improve thread handling and move input handling into the main rendering thread to improve stability.
Make MTP work even if unplugged and plugged back in.
Unify scrollable list code and make kinetic scrolling feel more natural.
Fix handling of mapped zip files for OTA updates (CM12 updater).
USB keyboards should now work on all devices that support USB host mode via a USB OTG cable.
Other small fixes and improvements.
Do you wanna try ? Let's follow this tutorial..
Download TWRP_v2.8.5.0_royss_RC1.zip
Restart the phone and go to CWM by pressing Volume Up + Home + Power Key.
Install zip -> Search TWRP_v2.8.5.0_royss_RC1.zip
Wait until the installation is complete and reboot.
But if you have not installed CWM in your device, follow this tutorial..
(you need PC/Laptop and odin to do this)
Download TWRP_v2.8.5.0_royss_RC1.tar.md5
Open Odin.
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons).
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin.
Insert TWRP_v2.8.5.0_royss_RC1.tar.md5 to PDA.
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked.
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
Wait until the flashing process is complete.
If the recovery mode changed to be like these screenshots, then you have successfully installed TWRP.
Bug :
Can't set brightness

Heheh same with mine. A guy once commented I was really excited but when I saw the comment he was aksing about the font I used in screenshot. Nothing about the mod heartbreaking lol

I always test the rom then only i upload and screenshots are same as they are no change

Sorry to say, but When you post these types of screenshots, people automatically think that you didn't tested the ROMs and copied and pasted here without trying and it doesn't matter that you actually tested it or not.. As some OP's are doing these right now...

due to some problem i can take ss and i too don't like to do this after 3 test but the rom is same as the ss is so i have done this other wise i have not
