Why are you editing it just use gps.conf from here

If your using 595 you wont find it as mynet.apk. Its now built into the settings.apk file. =/

Search "2G 3G toggle" in the android market. I think you're only choice is an app.
I want to mod switch manually to GSM or UMTS only, nobody help me????

Go into your router settings and change your dchp lease to 1 week or something besides never and that will fix it

If not download http://minus.com/mPwhNgf4f pull out WISPr_55_Android22.apk and try to install.. that COULD do the trick. Possibly not though.

Hi i have a Samsung Galaxy 3 gt-i5800 and i need to flash new firmware for it.

the trouble is that the firmware and other files needed where on mega upload. and now have been lost.

Hi thanks. what version do i get for 2.2 i am from New Zealand and we speak english(i assume the uk version). there is only one for united kingdom. the origional xda developer post i mentioned had more than one uk version without boot loaders to minimise bricking.
How did your update from that site work.
You can change the language from settings if you install any rom

i also want to note i want an open firmware that will not lock the phone to any particular carrier. my phone now is unlocked anyway. i guess i just need figure that all out.

To extract data from nv_data.bin. It returns the Freeze Code, Unlock Code/Control Key (NCK) and Network Code (MCC/MNC) for your phone.
Need it for an i9100.
