[Q] need help to buy new handset

Hi to all xda member. friends i want to use your experience to buy new best handset hope you guys will help me about this.i want to buy a new android handset pls suggest me which company and which set i buy who have better battery backup and have all the features which is require for good smart phone
i have seen HTC desire its good but people complaining its bettery is not good and galaxy s have no flash support to i don't wantthis set also but if it has flash then i like this set and i also heard about Motorola droid X.i have seen very good review about droid X handset but i want to your help pls you suggest which set i buy from top the company's like HTC,Motorola and Samsung.i live in INDIA.pls pls suggest me soon so i buy the set

i have always visit this forum and see lot of developer working over here but i post a simple question to just me a better set and no body here to answer this i just want u people help here live chat option in this forum so other can chat with experts and get help from expert this would make this site even more useful and better

Check out which brand new phones are coming in Indian Market this Diwali. I will be going to check out few tomorrow. AFAIK there is Desire from HTC, Motorola Milestone, SE Xperia 10, Samsung Galaxy S and Dell Streak for you in Indian market.
Galaxy S would be best bet if u want latest hardware but dont mind its plastic body. Also it has no flash. And ppl are facing some GPS related issues.
If u are willing get phone from grey market, there might be few more options.

yes i just want to know which one is best htc desire HD ,HTC desire Z and motorolla milestone .pls tell among this which one is good as a battery backup aur performance

I need to buy a new device/phone, and i like android.
Than i need one with touchscreen(obvious, lol), and keyboard (slide, flip or like blackberry).
I want minimum android 2.0, simple, stable and fast device.
I don't need rotation/menu animations or something like that.
Do you have an ideia? please share it with me?

Hi, the main things to ask yourself as well is, what budget do you have?
Are you wanting to buy just the handset or do you want a contract?
Do you want it on Pay as you Go?
Have a look on this forum for a number of handsets that take your fancy and find out what other people's opinions are.
Read reviews on the internet.

it's a phone for 1 year, not contract, i allready have one, but, my htc magic is bricked!
than it's to replace the sapphire for 1 year!
my budget is 250.- Swiss francs, it could be used!
with this details, i can buy a motorola flipout, sony ericsson x10 mini pro...

Just to get some ideas in case you can't find anything brand new.

Why don't you try getting a ZTE Blade. I used to own one myself and it is a very powerful, but very low priced phone. It's also winning the best non-HTC phone of 2010.

Hi Guys,I need an urgent help.I am gonna buy One X within 1 week as HTC has slashed its prices in India.But Before that,I want to know the main disadvantages of the phone.I heard a lot about the software issues.Are they corrected after the JB update?And how is the performance of the phone.I am heavy gamer and I am looking for a good screen.

[Q] New Phone Help

Hi all I have an Iphone 4 for 2 years now. I think it's time for an upgrade to Android. I've searched a bit and I've found some very good and cheap android phones like iOcean x7, Neken n6 and Xiaomi MI2s. What do you think about those phones? If you have any other good phone that you like to suggest me thats about 150-250€ feel free to do it Thanks in advance.

Help for choosing a new phone

Hello. First of all, I'm really sorry if this isn't a good place to find this new topic. I wasn't sure where should I create this topic. Anyway, I want to buy a new phone. But I'm not sure which phone should I buy. I want the phone to be not so big (smaller than 5.7" phones) and new,also with great software support (I want it to have enough custom things, like roms, kernels,.... in case that the phone's official support will end at someday anyway. It would be good if it has good camera and good sound quality,too. Is there such a phone available? Thanks in advance for helping me.

i dont know much about phone models..... but yeh what i know is
if your going to buy samsung then be care to buy an international version... because international version develop more roms....
and if you like ROMS/Custom Roms then dont buy a new phone .. because new phone's take much tome to struggle to present a custom ROM... else if u stuck at any situation you may less likely to find solution...

My thoughts are the LG G3, LG G4, or Nexus 5X. They all have pretty good audio quality and updates were not a problem from my experience. Also pretty good with custom software.
