Why do you want to backup when playstore backs it up for you?
Lol someone's trying to copy it for a friend ?
It's in a top secret hiding place ?
If i wanted for a friend i give them my account for 5 minute and instaled no problems

The app is installed in systen / app. So you can also make a backup with es file explorer to a direction of your choice..

Get what ever file explorer has root and looks/works good. Root explorer and es explorer(with the right root options checked in settings).
Then navigate to your root directory (/) on your phone
Then go to system (/system/)
After that build.prop
And open with ES note editor
Navigate to your: ro.build.device
and ro.build.name.
Change them to whatever phone you like
And if you were wondering it doesn't affect your CWM. ENJOY :

Use an app to hide your status bar. Or if you're on a cm build use "expand" from the power menu. Then run the game.

First of all its a wrong place to ask.

Thanks.

Dear friend
First of all i make you clear that this is not my work I signed the app. Using cert signer and made it flashable zip so that you can install MX player using CWM,
The advantage is that you need not to reinstall the app every time after resetting your phone
Like system app. It will remain in your phone after wiping and resetting your phone too
If you ain't like this app then you can remove it by using Root App Remover which is available in playstore
The link to flashable MX player is
https://app.box.com/s/i357orilspobxqigqhb4
Thanks
Have a good day

Nice work, but wouldn't it be possible by simply copying the api to system /apps folder using root explorer ? Or simply adding to the Rom before flashing ?
I am not sure but as far as I think you need to sign the flashable zip, by just shifting to system/app using es file manager and changing permission to rw-r-r won't work as expected, and I am talking about stock rom

you can make backup of every apps (user and system) with es file explorer..... open menu of es explorer and under tools you will see app manager option....
The backup will be in .apk format...
now you can send this apk to any other device and test if it working or not
..
but some apps will not run on other device...
good luck
Thanks bro for your reply

Hitting on thanks button is more appreciated than typing than in post. ..
I have used ROM toolbox to remove a system app but it is still there. What's up?

Use a file explorer
I recommend ES file explorer
1 . Open es file explorer
2 . Grant root access
3 . Change browse permission through root menu
4 . Goto root /system/app menu and delete which app you want
Remember, thing what you are doing before deleting it .
Click to collapse
5 . Reboot device (necessary for some apps )
You successfully deleted a system app
