Hi All!
I am having a strange problem on my galaxy sl. i have tried cm 11 and cm 10.1 as well but on both the roms there was the same problem. whenever i lock my phone after 2-3 seconds the backlight appears. cant seem to find a solution to this. Is anyone else having this problem. If yes have u found any workaround for it? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Its a WakeLocks problem. It is normal (i mean it happens on cm roms).
Try some Market apks to fix it. Or search for a option to disable button back light.
This happens on "my" Nameless Rom.

I'm new here so hello
I just downloaded the MIUI 2.3.3 for Galaxy S - v1.3.26 ROM and i installed it.
But it's keeps saying no service, so I cant make any calls.
Also is my 2G,3G,HSPA not working. WiFi is working.
Somtimes when I lock the phone and I want to unlock it nothing happens, the screen remains black so I have to take out the battery and reboot.
But other then that its amazing, It's beatifaul!
Do other people have the same problems? Do any of you know how to solve this?

Hi devs,
I'm frustrated with wifi-error on galaxy ace mobile phone. I read almost every post in the xda forum and ten pages of google results.
search: http://www.google.com/search?q=wifi+android+error
But still, couldn't find any standard fix. the *#*#526#*#* also stopped working. (it displays "driver loading unsuccessful")
I can't reboot the phone every time I need to use wifi.
is there anyone without this problem?
ps: if it is imposible to fix this problem, please suggest me a custom rom which fixed this problem.

Have u completed the basics:
Backup then Reflash ROM without wiping to see if problem still exists.
If still there, then u start over & wipe and reflash.
It sucks but if read the the CM 10.1 thread and don't see that anyone else has the issue then it could be a bad download or possible leftover junk on ur SD card that is causing this issue.

From a bit of time does not make the fix .. both with google map with both Sygic remains in search signal has never happened.
Before fix in 10 seconds.
I also tried to change ROM , I I had the rom JB 4.0.4 by Etowalk
Now I installing the latest custom rom by Ervius 4.1.2 but the problem remains.
I' ve tried both with GPS doctor, with faster GPS, changing the settings in mobileuncle tools (such as a guide I found on the net) but nothing has changed not fix more.
Can anyone help me?

The problem of the fix of satellites seems to be common to all Chinese phones with ptocessore mtk.
I do not think any software or firmware never solve this problem.

Hi,
so you think it's a hardware problem, not easily solved ... or at least not convenient .. because it's not convenient to send the device in China for repair or replacement.
I recently installed CM 12 on my T-Mobile Galaxy Avant. I love almost everything about this ROM, except the fact that the camera will not work, and the WiFi refuses to turn on. I also had an issue with the recents page, but was able to find a functioning fix for it. Can someone please tell me how to fix the remaining issues? I would really like to keep this ROM, but both the camera and WiFi are pretty important to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
