I really like the rom. Great.
There is one little bug that I find annoying and I've seen it in this rom and the others from DutchDanny. The video player doesn't work and it keeps crashing. I love the room but I also like the Samsung player.
I how someone knows how to fix this minor issue.
Keep up the good work. I'm extremely happy that some love finally comes to the tab 3 8.0.

Thanks Richcar for this rom. I've been using it since you released the fix and it is really fantastic. I've had no issues so far.
Will keep testing, but so far this seems like the best KK Rom the sm-t310 has had so far.

Testing update
Just to let you know that I have been testing this rom since it came out and overall, I have to say that it is a good stable rom. I love the extras.
1 little issue: when you reboot the rom, you have to reinsert all of your WLAN passwords. A bit frustrating. But overall a great rom.

THank you for creating this ROM. I have tried to load this ROM three times now and it fails evertime. The error I get is "Error executing updater binary in zip" and it shows the path to the file.
I am running TWRP 2.7.1.0 on the WiFi only GT 3 8.0 and I have been able to run other ROMs (slimKat for one) with no issues.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried installing it from your internal sd card? I tried some Rom in the past I had the same problem and that did the trick. I just simply did a full wipe, then transferred the Rom from external to internal, did a quick reboot to recovery and installed.
Not sure if I did that with this room when I tried it. It was a bit a ago and I'm using a different rim now as my permanent one.
Try that. Hope it works for you.

I actually followed these directions and it is up and running now.
If you are using TWRP
1) Advance Wipe > Wipe cache,data, system,dalvik partitions
2) Select zip file of miui and flash
3) You will get Error E: Installation Failed ( Don't panic here)
4) Go to Reboot menu > Select Reboot to recovery
Then it says slide to install SU (or something like that) and I did
5 ) After rebooting in recovery Flash again the Zip file without wiping any partion
installed over the stock
dirty..without wipe..working just fine..friends would like all the languages in the same rom if it is possible of course

This rom will be installed by recovery mode, your device need Clock work mode recovery before installing.
Firstly, always make an android backup before flashing any rom :
Reboot into recovery, select option "backup and restore" and choose "backup", the backup will be in your sd card / clock work mode folder.
How to install this CriskeloRom ?
IF YOU COME FROM CriskeloRoma, NO NEED TO WIPE, BUT IF YOU COME FROM ICS ROM OR OTHER CUSTOM ROM : WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET IS NEEDED BEFORE INSTALLING THE FULL ROM
- Make a Nandroid backup of your current rom (mode recovery/backup and restore/backup)
- Save your user apks with Titanium backup or other (don't save system apks)
- Put the zip downloded (CriskeloRom) on your intern SD card
- Go to recovery mode and : WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET + WIPE CACHE PARTITION + IN ADVANCED/WIPE DALVIK CACHE
Your phone is now clean, you can flash the Rom CRISKELOROM :
- Install zip from sd card
- Choose zip from Intern SD card
- Go on CriskeloRom, select " Yes "
ROM INSTALLING IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME...
- When you see : install rom complete : press go back, and press reboot system now :

I only have 3 devices. Galaxy S, Galaxy GT-N7000 and now GT-N7100. I alwasy use your roms. When you leave N7000 development I was very sad. But now you are here. Nice to see u again. I am refuelling my GT-N7100 with juice. OK here we go.....

*Well with time you get more and more apps sucking resources as you use the phone...that's why I usually ran a clean install with minimal apps.
*If you use performance kernels like "pegasus or loki kernel" the drain will be higher than stock because CPU overclock will drain battery. ( I use loki kernel because I play games.... )
*And if they traded any power saving feature or make changes in governors or in scheduler.....

i just saw the screenshots, you have not deleted googlebar on home-screen and many users really do not like this !
but i will try it , because of your try ! Hope that it would be the best ROM ever, i tried a about 9 roms , but i really hate the googlebar on homescreen ! can it be deleted or hide ? or must stand it !

You can hide it. It's in the Trebuchet settings. If you'll use Nova, it won't show anyways.

So, It's really Smooth, but dude what the hell is that cat icon ? why haven't you deleted it ?
the scroll in contacts is really really smooth and good, but the lag in the scrolling the sms app still remains !
When the phone is on standby, the battery is good but from the moment you start the phone and work with it , not even play with it , the battery is counting down ! I Think that cat start sucking the Voltage ! But I'm nit sure, i will test this from full charge till night and will say a trusted word about this !
There is lot of bull**** and useless widgets that must be deleted from the main , Nova luncher ? i do not like it maybe others not agree with me , but i think the Trebuchet is enough and if anyone want another luancher they can simply add it !

Yeah I flashed it in my Karbonn A9+ too and experiencing the same problem. I didnt experiencee any lag so far but Every next window I open, is opening as a 'pop-up' which is pretty annoying plus the transparency is still there! And that cat icon on the top left corner should be removed too..
I hope the developer will work on this ROM soon and give another sweet update.

In my country better to use internet instead of MMS to send pictures, for example. Internet is cheaper than MMS here. Also, not many people use it. So i decided to disable it.

Think about it. How I'm gonna use YOUR rom with disabled MMS, because in YOUR country MMS are not cheap. That will never happen.

HE develops something HE wants to have. After he did he decides to share with you, because it maybe could be useful. If you don't like you don't need to flash anything, but if the developer likes it how he does it is his decision and not yours, because you only use the stuff he made.

I planned to not disable MMS in build for I9105P. But, you right. I'll get it back in the next build for I9105.
But, as I said earlier, my tasks now are make a build for I9105P and rebuild a rom for I9105 on the latest firmware. More tweaks will be in future.

I'll make it later. About the second. CM11 has another kernel, which is incompatible with stock ROM. I didn't include kernel in ExSlim because I made no changes in it. So, when you flash my ROM, you still have CM11 kernel that's why it doesn't boot. I wrote in first post that you have to be on 4.2.2. So, I think I need to include stock kernel in next build.

Hey guys I am trying hard but failing at making the updater script for my rom. Can anyone give me advice as to how you make it properly? No one will be able to enjoy this rom till i can figure out how to make the updater script.
Besides that I still want to give you guys the best rom I possibly can. Once I figure out this tricky install rom business everything should be fine to release it. Got A lot more done
I bricked my tablet and I fixed it but all my mods were gone so I had to put everything back on it. V1.0 is slowly coming together but it's looking rock on fast and stable. I need more inspiration though for this rom. Come on it's called inspire rom for gosh sakes.
Trying to find new settings icons for the settings app. Will be looking in many galaxy phones sections on xda for the right theme to get those from. If you know of one you can always suggest it to me.

I've seen you use the Blackhawk Kernel for the Romport Version 4.2.2. make this sense, and work it without prob or is your ROM a 4.2.2 Version

I need help man i have the rom ready to share but it won't boot up! I waited ten minutes and it is still not booting. Inspire rom is not booting, and i took your updater script and just edited it to say inspire rom. My rom folder contains meta-inf, system, data, boot.img. Thought the boot image was the problem but no. I even flashed the blackhawk kernel 2.1 over the rom, still no boot. I want to release this rom can you please help!

Known Bugs:
nothing iam aware about since i does not use all rom features (your feed back will be appreciated), except the following:
1- Stock email widget is not visible in widgets list and it appeared after flashing xposed and making cache and dalvic cache wipe.
2- Since it is Chinese rom base, you might find there is no Internet via Data connection, and it is so easy to fix by adding your APN details manually:
go to settings-->connections-->more networks-->mobile networks-->access point names:
click +-->put any name in (Name), put your operator co. name in (APN) and defaul in (APN type), then from More choose save.
now choose the APN you created and in few seconds you will get data connection

BeforeFlash:delete cash & data from TW launcher and with root explorer (or what ever u use) remove TouchWiz Launcher folder from system--> priv app to SD , then reboot to recovery and flash the launcher

no it is Note4 dialer and the contacts looks exactly like S6 contacts

Hello, happy to see a great note 4 port (I have try all and sadly one for now is really good) I download, flash and report, this one seems to be a good one.
quick report: during the first setup screen, my n9005 rebooted 3/4 times but i then i ended setup and for now (1 hour) my phone didn't reboot.. another problem is that NOT all the icons in Setting Menu are the "same" (some are "empty" and some are "full")..then some menu (like when i install an apk) are not translated (i use italian language and these screens are in english). for now that's all. it seems a good rom!
Edit1: is possible to have stock toggle theme?? or, stock toggle theme but different colors??? because i don't like this toggle, but the rom (for now) seems very very good!!
Edit2: how i can disable this annoying feature?
wow,again a new try to get another modern,new.....rom for the Note 3,will check this out and thanks for the work,very nice to see.

1- 3-4 times reboot is not normal!! did you wipe 3 times before flash and choosed another wipe from Aroma?
2- about icons, do u mean like these in pic?, then blame stupid samsung for using 3 types of icons, 1 of them is qmg and no one managed to change them
3- which menus?
4- I will add to post 2 the stock SystemUI.apk which will gives the stock toggles and colors and backgound (stock everything)
5- these are app permissions, I think it is useful feature cause it allows you to control what is running in background and consume battery and ram

Overall, I think it's been cool...Had about 3 reboots during setup. The annoying app permissions tho During titanium restore tho. And untick sending diagnostic report For stable signal. Thanks @thermax04...Will report again If u find any issue

1) i wiped all only one time... If so, it's my problem, sorry

3)see this screen..it's not translated in my language but it remain in english..this's not a big problem, but is a annoying bug.
4) thanks! Would be possible to have "layers" support into this rom?? So every users could theme the rom as he like.
5) yes i know, but i would prefer disable this pop up and manage any permission only from menu..

Is it English with this app installation only or with all apps installation? any way there is no options in it except yes or no, but i will write to the rom translator if he can fix that
I do not know about layers but I can help with any themes u want
this permission thing is in the Chinese rom and they did not find a way to stop it yet
