This will be a fairly brief review. I'm not going to post any pictures -- the Amazon product page will have to suffice.
I'm still deciding on what type of case (if any) to use with my S5.
I've never been a big fan of this type of rugged case because of the bulk they add to the phone. This one is probably one of the smaller ones, which is a plus. The TPU part of the back fits just flush with the camera protrusion in that spot and then adds a slight ridge around it. The frame in the front seems slightly deeper than it needs to be, but it doesn't interfere with using the phone.
The overall look is really good - seems to be a common design. The interchangeable backs I think are great. They look and to some extent feel like aluminum although they are plastic. Everything fits very tightly. Nothing is going to come apart accidentally here.
One concern I had was the cutout for accessing the already-difficult USB port cover. It is indeed quite deep but there is just enough room for getting a fingernail under the left edge of the door. It doesn't really interfere with the opened flap or the cable.
The buttons are easily accessed through the case -- too easily, I found. I am constantly accidentally unlocking my screen in my pocket - not good. I would prefer a little more texture to them so that you can tell by feel if your finger is on one, but that doesn't help the pocket issue.
The screen protector is for me a major killer. It absolutely kills the look and feel of the screen, but even worse, the opening for the fingerprint sensor seems to be a lint magnet. I have a ton of lint and dust between the phone and the protector after about a week. If I absolutely loved this case in all other ways, I'd cut the protector right out. Really don't need or want it.
Generally speaking though, in all other ways it's a pretty nice case, and a good option among this type.
Looks very similar to the Zerolemon S5 case, without the squared off corners. Hopefully I'll have my ZL case tomorrow or Thursday, might grab one of these as well and compare them directly.
I agree with you jdock, Case overall is good but when it comes to using it in on daily basis it adds weight and takes extra space in your pocket. It seems they should actually do something about the screen protector.

you can easily pop the screen protector out with just a little bit of pressure, makes the case alot better IMHO, the protector just wouldnt get pristine.

I was originally worried about http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008LM04T6/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i01 this case but it turned out to be quite nice. it does add bulk tho so i would reccomend it to travelers and those who work in non office areas, perfect for cafe's and other busy places. best thing is both cameras work with no obstruction, and can separate for days you know you wont be using the keyboard, and then it looks real slim, pockets for everything see pics below and ask any questions, there is suede on the inside it looks real premium

Great photos. Thanks for that. I'm waiting on mine to arrive from the US (must be stuck on a boat somewhere). What youhave described is perfect for what I need the case for.
I happen to have essentially the same one, save mine doesn't have the SD card holders (although I remember them being advertised, I do not need them so I let it slide). I commute by train (4 to 5 hours per shift), and so far it has behaved commendably. It is bulky, but it does feel a bit safer than having the TF700 all naked in my bag.The corners are free, though, so if dropped on a corner the device will still suffer quite a bit.
End of story: even with a case, don't drop it?
PS: what I like as well is that the flap that folds over the screen backwards makes the tablet/dock combination quite a bit more stable when you let the contraption rest on it. Wow, that is unclear, but I do not know how to phrase it more clearly. Let's try this.
__/\ << = keyboard, screen, folding flap
I received mine today from Amazon and haven't quite decided if I like it or not.
Pros:
The case seems to be built well with quality materials. The leather and solid flaps will definitely protect it from the elements, to an extent. The leather is smooth and soft but easy to hold on to. It's like carrying around a book.
Cons:
The bulk is significantly more than I was hoping for. With the tablet and dock folded in it's about 2 inches thick, and this is before I've put any papers in the flap.
The tablet strap is less than 1cm wide and has a small piece of Velcro to keep the tablet from slipping out if you don't have it docked. That's it, 1cm of Velcro, not that reassuring.
The dock's elastic straps block both the USB port and the Charging port. Moving them aside every time you need to use the ports is possible but an extra hassle.
If I should decide to carry it without the dock, the case doesn't stay closed well, is loose and baggy on the edge, and I'm going to be afraid that the tablet will fall out since a 1cm piece of Velcro is all that would be holding it in.
I'll probably be returning this case and wonder if the RooCase TF201 cases will fit the TF700. I may have to wait for the TF700 cases to come out.
Who have this case any recommendations?

Perfect
I have one, grey colour. After trying many cases, I think this one does the best job. It protects well and also leaves the phone accents to be easily seen.
Sure, I am not the biggest fan of TPU cases as they tend to loose in time, but this one is actually quite ok.
And one more thing: it definitely does not scratch the metal edges.

it's not a bad case, but beware if there's a dust will scratch the silver side of note 4...
also after 2month usage, the bottom of the case start loosing, but typical problem for tpu case after some times
Got similar TPU case and had to cut out the buttons they are so sensitive on this device it was going out and on up and down all the time
I have the grey one, it is very cheap. I don't like it, it fits well and is slim but I don't like the feel, shiny and rubbery makes it feel very cheap to me...I know it is cheap but I don't want my phone to end up feeling cheap
I would love to see pictures of a phone in this... right now there're just pictures of the backs themselves...
Hi,
I have a question to OP. Is the TPU case thick enough to protect the back camera from touching the ground surface when placing on table or floor etc?
I have purchased a cheap TPU case before but it leave the back camera exposed to the potential of scratching when placing on table. Currently using Spigen Neo Hybrid which works perfect but look a bit bulky.
Thanks.
I just hate the sticky rubbery feel of TPU. Just feels cheap to me. Also these TPU cases tend to sag and loosen over time.
I have this and a diztronic, diztronic is in a whole different league, still essentially a rubber case but so so much better and doesn't feel cheap.
I am particular about both my wallets and my cases, so combining the two means an extra degree of pickiness. I also tend toward folio cases, so if that's not your thing, you aren't going to like this one, as it is very much intended for someone who wants to carry everything in one case.
The Artech21 case is a large full-size folio case with all the bells and whistles. It is solidly constructed from thick, high-quality leather and other materials.

The interior is lined with what appears to be nylon fabric. There is a TPU case to hold the phone in place.
The wallet section is capable of holding 5-7 IDs and credit cards while still allowing room for some cash and other stuff in the slot behind it.
Even with all that stuff inside, it still closes securely. The snap is held in place by a magnet. It's not an especially strong magnet, but it seems strong enough.
The snap does block access to the power button when closed.
Access to power and headphone jack is unobstructed. The case comes with a wrist strap that I did not attach, but it's easy to do so if you like such things.
After a few days with this case, I am definitely liking it. The leather is very nice, and it looks and feels much better than a cheap TPU "leather" case. If you can deal with the size of it, it's easy to use.
The back behind the phone case folds to create a stand, but I had trouble getting it to stay put. This isn't an issue for me since I don't stand my phones up like that, but might be to you. [Edit: I just realized I was doing it wrong. Nevermind.]
If you're looking for a high-quality leather folio case, this is definitely worth considering. I have to say it's nice to see a manufacturer making stuff like this for phones beyond the iPhone and Galaxy Sx.
I received a discounted sample from the manufacturer in exchange for a review.
Thanks for the review.
I've always wanted this kind of case but there has always been one factor holding me back. If i used it as my wallet as well as phone case, i'd be very worried about losing it or it being stolen. To lose one or the other is one thing .. but to lose them both in one go would cripple me ><
nice review
Wassup guys just a little review. Got my 1st case in today. Wish i had the phone to go inside it. 2 part case.
1st impressions....very nice case. Great feel to it. Light and comfortable. May be a little slippery but not too bad. Sides do offer some grip tho with rubberish material. Great finish on it with the coral blue. Kick stand feels decent stays in place when open and snaps back closed when needed. Button press seems like it will be fine but cant tell until phine arrives. Over all protection id rate 6 out of 10.
1 of the things i noticed first was how thin the case was. This is not a bad thing. Im comming from a note 4 with a verus thor case and can fit the new case almost inside the verus thor note 4 case. This is good relating to actual phone size. My note 4 was slightly too large to properly hold it in my hand. This seems like it will be nearly perfect for me.
2 things im worried about.....when the phone is in the case and face down im hoping it leaves a gap between the surface and screen. I believe it does but again i need my phone to tell.
2 inner part of kickstand. Im worried about it somehow scratching the back glass of the phone. Anyone know where to get a rear body plastic protector?
Check out some pics. Hope this helps.
Nice. I was checking those out. I bought 5 Thors for my N4 at $3 each. Waiting for that sale again from Verus. Bring on the N7!
Buy a premium metal glass phone and put it into a plastic rubber case breaks my heart. Waiting for the drop tests if it's durable I will add skin on the back to only remove those finger prints and make the phone less slippery. Maybe some mental frame would be cool too, but then phone becomes more bullky.
I got the VRS TPU case. Looks pretty awesome so far!

So, I have always hated taking a beautiful sleek phone and encasing it in thick plastic or giant black cases. With waterproofing etc phones go more places than ever but I've hated most of the semi thick case options. Bulk, feel, thickness.
Enter the TORRAS crystal clear case (Amazon). I've purchased cheap hard plastic thin cases before looking for light corner protection but ultimately a good feel and no bulk. They were OK. This thing is exactly what I want. If you're a minimalist case person. Highly reccomend.
PROS:
Matches the whitestone screen cover near perfectly. No spacing on sides (goes straight from screen protector to case) and maybe a millimeter at top and bottom)
Raised lip top and bottom for screen protection
Its slick so slides in and out of coat pockets and jeans easy yet grips enough in hand
Rubbery feel has SOME impact protection. Especially in corners.
Has seperate sections for camera and finger sensor. It has actually kept me from touching the camera 100% of the time. Don't know why others don't do this.
Dot pattern inside keeps the "wet spot" look way
Colored edges (optional) give a great look.
It was 13 bucks. It's almost a no brainer.

I'm guessing this would be it,take your pick of the three color options:

I like the case but find it a bit slippery to hold. The sides are pretty slick.
Nice case, but I Prefer no button covers...

When new it was good with grip. After a few days and the oils built up on the case it became more slick.
