"DEVELOPMENT" when it comes to LG G Pro 2...has not been much.... Custom ROMS have not been developed much (only 2)....I think the priority should be custom recovery.... However.... I would like a G Flex Rom on my device...with you on that...:good:

Hi,
take a look to BlissPop with Optimus kernel...use it on my XT1039 and a friend too on his XT1032...great features, highly customizable...kernel is awsome too
But it's just our advice. Better to read a little and make some experiences by yourself...If you read carefully Op's and doing all like it's mentioned to flash, really no big chances to get stuck...
Resurrection Remix + Optimus Kernel R46. You're good to go.

Help with rom choices

Hello, I am probably gonna get blasted for asking this, but what would be my best option to have stock experience?
Should I go with CM 12.1 or CM13 or AICP or Slimbit?
Really confused here.
Requirements
General stability and no SOD
Good camera performance.
Thanks in advance.
Follow these steps :
1. Flash CM12.1
2. Play with it
3. Observe it
4. Note down, what works and what not.
5. Repeat for other ROMs

Hi, thank you for the Rom I tested to flashed this rom, some problems I found:
- Maybe factory reset after flashed it then reboot to avoid any issue for setup
- It hardly recognised the sim, always show no sim
- When the sim is recognised Mobile data not working I think, APN setting not save thus cannot use mobile data. Wifi was working ok for me
I did not check comprehensively or everything that' s main bugs I mentioned.

I flashed it but it boot and stucked at Miui logo..never enter setup, tried different bootloader but still same problem.

i had the same problem that you have...and the problem was with the kernel i think, but I´ve follwed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTrYVpSQdG4&t=0s
i dint understand what he says but just fallows the steps he makes. the first time booting takes a bit but mine did

Hi, thanks I did able to installed Miui8 after some search but no sound/audio, can't play youtube, so might have to wait until it fix.

Exactly Xiaomi phone cheap as chips now, Mi Max is nice choice for multimedia.

I saw Rom for G2 here:

G2 and G-Pro2 is very similar I think. So if you have some understanding how to build rom it would not be hard thing to do.
It might even work if you change some stuff like bootloader in the rom for G-Pro2. But brick your phone is not fun you better know what you doing, thanks.
