Should i use these custom roms or should i use the ppcgeeks.com custom roms...
CDMA
any ROM designed and labeled for a CDMA phone will work. Do not attempt to flash a gsm ROM
You have a CDMA Worldphone, so you should only flash ROMs and Radios made for CDMA Rhodiums, or you can brick your device permanently. Unless a ROM or Radio in this subforum specifically states that it is CDMA (which is unlikely), you should not use it. I recommend getting your CDMA ROMs from PPCGeeks, as that forum is aimed more a CDMA users, and has more CDMA ROMs there.

He's right, flashing a GSM ROM is a easy wat to get a very expensive paperweight!

Where can i find radios or modems for this phone?
Right Here.
kool are this compatible with the nexus s 4g?
This may be a noob question, but if I buy a N5 for T-Mobile, can I flash any roms in the development section? Are there any specific roms for each carrier? I'm assuming the radio and APNs just need to be set for the specific carriers (radio isn't included in the roms).
you can flash any n5 rom, they are not carrier specific.
Having a few WiFi issues on 4g lte carbon custom ROM and other ROMs I've tried still the same problem.
Just wondering if somebody can point in the right direction on where I would be able to download different radios to try.
Thank you.
My question is does M8 need a different rom for every variant like LG G3 or it has a unified rom that I can flash on every variant?
Most ROMS work on all carriers but you should verify compatibility first. For example, Verizon will have different radios compared to Sprint. Using the wrong radio for your carrier will cause problems however as long as you are s-off it's pretty hard to brick the phone.
