Remarks : I do 30-50 emails daily on S5.
It looks cool, though I worry about the magnet doing something to the phone over time. Probably unfounded though.
Otherwise, yeah, I've been waiting for some sort of S5 equivalent to this:
No one has comment... any one using it? Good keys for typing?
RodimusConvoy, where is your picture from? It has no S5 model yet?
It looks nice too

As far as I know, there are no versions of this for the S5, there's only versions for the S3 and S4.
I'm not sure who originally made it, as a bunch of copycats/clones have popped up. I originally saw it at Minisuit, but when I go to the website I see its no longer available. But if you put "sliding bluetooth keyboard" in parenthesis in Google, you'll get hits including where to buy it. For instance, NewEgg has it.
Though that doesn't help if you own the S5 . What you showed may be the only alternative for people who want a keyboard with the S5. And it doesn't look bad, just wondering about that magnet.
I've always been curious about this kind of case. I was looking at this one. http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/galaxy-s5-slide-out-bluetooth-qwerty-keyboard-black-p45647.htm
Sorry, I haven't used one myself...
EDIT:
On closer inspection, I don't think those pictures are the S5... S4 maybe?

Its an S4. The phone in that picture is identical to the one in the pic I posted. That site is pulling a fast one. If you look at the S5, those three "dots" are all to the RIGHT of that tiny bar at the top, plus its corners are squared compared to the rounded S4.
I saw the same thing at Alibaba. It looks like people are taking advantage of the fact people want a keyboard for their S5 by misrepresenting what they're selling.

Sorry I missed this the first time. Its an alternate unverse, evil Rodimus Prime. Its from a comic and toyline called Transformers: Shattered Glass only available during the 2008 BotCon (an annual convention for Transformers fans).

Yes, I'm very late with this response.
I didn't like it. I found the keyboard inconveniently small, and the corners of the case that clipped onto the phone broke within a few months of use. I'm still looking for a keyboard case for this phone that will give me an experience comparable to having a true QWERTY slider, and I'm really POed that there are no current options available for one.
Samsung is apparently making keyboard cases for the S6 and one of the Tabs that approximate the old Blackberry feel. Not what I'd prefer, but I wish they'd do one for the S5, so I could at least give it a try.

Id say real, looks like a authentic photo with reflections on the poster
Shows 1.2ghz Dual core Processor, with the dates 10/11/2011 or 11/10/2011 american date
Super amoled which we guessed etc 4.7" screen it says
I agree with you. Lets wait for HK tonight and confirm all this
one thing that i find strange is
Why are the 3 dot connectors on the same side as the power button? if u have it docked on the side how would u turn it on?
Seems abit silly which could indicate fake but its hard to call something real when its unreleased
But "what if" that is not a connector?
any theorys on what else 3 dots could do? 3 dots is pretty common for dock connectors
what if they are on both sides?
like ,for fingers, not to "slide" from hand ?

That doesn't make any sense at all. (No offense, just being brutally honest.)
The dock pin connectors belong on the other side but otherwise this is pretty much spot on.

but check again samsung video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oM9RO-GAKjE
they are on the power button side
The official teaser video showed the pins on the same side as the power button. The only thing I see that makes me doubt it is the lack of curvature on the screen.
i like it and think thats what its going to look like. we will see today and i work at a cell phone store and the nexus is in my cellbrite for like two weeks already and we get promo posters and cards and t shirts all the time before phones come out so why not and its china we all know the chinnese got the inside info on everything
why don't you take a few shots and post here to see those posters

The curve is probably pretty subtle like on the Nexus S. Those blue lines in the teaser really exaggerated the curves
Guys, i come from Hong Kong.
I can't believe Google hold this event in here LOL

Yeah, but I saw the enhanced photos from the video, and the curve on the actual device appears much more distinct than the Nexus. We'll see though I suppose.
It's real.
Comparison.

It's actually japanese.
is that chrome around the phone
if so yuck
still want though
What concerns me is the bottom bezel. It looks like there's a lot of black after the on-screen buttons on the bottom. Seems like a lot of wasted real-estate. In the leaked videos, it's even more apparent: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Py9TfZGie48
I think the phone is too long... =T
This is a redesign of the HTC One i that I did earlier. I know everyone hates the camera position lol, but I'd already started it so I just finished it off. The next one be be more mainstream

Here's the 3D model as before. It looks a lot nicer in HD.

Cool, even though it copied the curve shape from the Sony Xperia GX. At first glance I was like, WTF is with the camera position. But now it makes sense to me, since the camera is located in the hollow space it wont be scratched when the phone lies on its back.
Interesting design. but Im not a fan of the front. I think the front of the HTC One X or HTC evo 4g LTE looks better.

Thanks I actually didn't copy anything, I literally just made it up as I went along, although I did use my One X for sizing reference.
I tried to create a "one piece" look with the curved glass on the front, it's easier to see in the vid.
My only regret with this design is curving the sides of the phone, It's not really in-keeping with the design of the One series, but it's just a concept after-all.
Two things: One, I get that you love the camera position but it will cost far more sales than it gains, looking at it from a real perspective. Secondly, you don't need a new thread for every design. =p
I think the front facing camera should be to the left of the top speaker grill, and also the phone seems a bit generic.. I think it should have a key design or feature that sets it apart from other design concepts that are crappy. (not saying its bad, but its not too amazing either.) You should have something like the One V whete bottom half of the phone is curved towards the holder, but instead of having that curve be just metal and that's it, make the buttons below the screen be on that curved part with glass over them so it looks a bit cooler. So its basically the phone you have now bent towards the viewer more at the bottom.
Friend of mine asked me to repair his galaxy s4 screen, well after taking a good look at it i think it might be a knock off or (clone). My concern is if I purchase a OEM part for a galaxy s4 im pretty sure its not going to be the same part.
The screen is cracked where i cant get into the settings menu so unable to tell the version of android it is on or verify the phone model. I included a few pictures hope i can get some help.
Basicly my question is what phone model is this if it isnt the S4 or how can I find out.
Thanks,
Kory

Highly doubt it's real. A real S4 would have Samsung branding on the battery. It has dual SIM capabilities so that says it was made in, and for a Chinese area. The micro SD on an official S4 is not in that position. The front screen looks cheap, as well as the back plastic. I am pretty sure it's a clone, or Samsung just dramatically reduced its quality for its lower-income markets in foreign countries
Edit: Also, the font is not stock. Course one can change the font, but I assume the user didn't. Fake phones tend to have different fonts
a real galaxy s4 doesnt look like this .....I found an s4 with triple sim slots and , again , it doesnt look like that . I agree.... its fake

thanks for the reply i had my doubts about it not being legit... here is the clone compared to my real S3 i paid 650$ for.
So now i just need to find out what kind of phone it is to replace the screen for my buddy.
I am an current iPhone user and is now making the switch to Android, could someone please shed some light on which phone I should choose. Thanks for your time!
first off, what's your preference in screen size? either way the S6/e will have a larger screen than the iP6. with the N5/S6e+, you can always turn this feature on...

...if you're used to iPhones. but if you're used to, and want to stick to, a smaller physical handset, the S6/e are the obvious choices.
if you're wanting to get into the stylus, then your only option is the N5.

I prefer larger screen sizes. I also used to really big into Android development when eclair 2.0.1 came out.

well, wb...
I personally say forget the S6e+ and get the N5. stylus, stylus, stylus! even if you won't use it much, at least it's there. and the N5 is supposed to cost less.

the S6e definitely feels better in the hand especially now with my particular battery case. and I have hands on the larger side - i'm over 6'5". however, I have weak eyes, so naturally the N5 is easier to look at. also, I live off the stylus. when you're constantly dealing with people and need to demonstrate something by showing a screenshot, the N5 takes it further by allowing you to freely crop as you capture something off screen and/or instantly let you diagram something by drawing or writing on your screenshot. at least that's how I tend to use it, and very frequently, too.
watching videos will be a better experience on the M5 of course. things do look ad more sharper on the S6e, but it's negligible. when taking pictures, I prefer handling my smaller S6e. also, when i actually do use them as a phone, I prefer holding my S6e.

Does a real picture of the exclusive Samsung colors exist? I want to see what they look like in real life before i decide to order one or not. More specifically, I'm trying to figure out if the edges of the graphite colored phone is going to be a black/dark like the phantom black, or will it have a chrome/metal looking side. It's hard to tell on the render they have in the website. From the from view it looks black/dark and from an angle it looks Chrome.

My Graphite order hasn't changed, it still says heading to my country. On a separate note, I finally went into Curry's to have a play with a S22 Ultra, it was the 8Gb/128Gb model. And my word it was super fluid and fast at doing everything I tried on it. Opened lots of apps, repeatedly...

My Graphite S22Ultra is still waiting to be delivered, hopefully not long now.

Thanks. I really just to know that it's going to look like in real life... Not on some rendered picture that might look different from what it really looks like
You can check out some reviews on YouTube...
Try browsing Reddit Galaxys22, plenty of Samsung exclusive pictures in there.
Flossy Carter did a video of the Red one earlier today, I have 2 Graphite ones. I'll take a picture in a moment and post it.
Edit: It has a lamp on top so it looks a little brighter than normal.

Damn that is sexy. I have ended up placing two orders.
One Phantom Black and the other Graphite.
Will cancel whichever doesn't ship first but I hope I end up with Graphite.

That looks really nice. Does it have a shimmer or metallic touch to it or is it completely matte?
My burgundy looks more like purple... Never knew Samsung to actually match the true colors for their actual phones once you have them in your hands. All a moot point anyways since it is truly just the 1% that rock this phone naked without a case or at least a skin.
