it is not possible to post all the screen shot in one post that is why i am making new post.
I have created new boot logo.
i have tested all of them.
Steps should follow
1.put it in you sd card
2. go to recovery
3. install from sd card.
4.select file
5.reboot
here you have done

NOTE: This is only boot logo, not a boot animation.

well, actually you can manually change boot animation zip using any standard file manager(like root explorer,ES file explorer) which can take you to the root\system\media here you have to replace booanimzation.zip with your new one and set permission as it is.
here you have done.

excuse me brother this is not boot animation. this is just a boot logo.
it appear when you start your phone, this is first image which appear on your screen. than after you will see the boot animation.
and i don't think that this will work on moto e.
this is for micromax A110.

hello brother.
i am not able to send message on this forum. i don't know why so i have mention you here.
your solution:
just go to
/etc/init.d/
and delete all the files besides swap files
don't delete files wich have "swap" word in name.
and restart your mobile.

if you have downloaded any rom then just go to that rom and extract it. and then you will get logo.bin file..
or
go to development section and asked OP to give you logo.bin file. they will give you.

Yes dear friend install root explorer go to system/build.prop before that don't forget to do w/o then give. Long click on the prop file and click open text editor then edit what nd all you want to do. That's it revolt and enjoy. Don't forget the thanks button.

I was facing same error : Status 6 then after tunning status 7. Now after more fine tunning, it fixed, use this attached boot.img . working perfect.
hope this will resolve Logo issue !

Extract bootanimation.zip file.
Replace this bootanimation.zip file in system/media using some root explorer
and set the permissions to rw r r

Not as easy as you think we dont have a modded bootanimation file so a bootanimation.zip will never work and the normal bootanimation files are pretty hard to edit

I think bootanimation and bootlogo is diffrent. I tried change bootLOGO but never find out how. But bootanimation is easy to change.

It's not the BootAnimation but the SplashScreen , this image is located in the Kernel on a special extension .rle ( it's easy to convert jpg to rle ) the difficulty is that when i unpacked the kernel i couldn't find this image :/ i did it on my previous Note 1 but i can't find it on the S4 looks like they changed the location etc i hope a good dev will help us

Thanks bro but that's what i was talking about on my Note 1 but in the S4 the kernel changed and the splash screen location with it :/ i can't find it
i think there is not splash screen, so we just have to add it, create one and add it it would work

That's not it. I think he's on about when you first turn the phone on, and it says Samsung Galaxy S4, on the Galaxy S5, it says Powered by Android underneath it.
The charge animation when the phone is off is also different.
