Hi All,
Recently root to Omni Kitkat rom 4.4.4 for my Samsung GT-N7000, but got the issue on the camera, keep asking me to insert an SD card before using the camera.
As my SD card already put in and also change to another one, still the same.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried getting inside sdcard using any file explorer app? Maybe your card slot has some issue?!

Hi Hell, I can use the sd card before root to KIT KAT Rom and I have tried to put my sd card to another phone, is working .
also another SD from my friend phone.... put in my Note1, not working...
Sorry, as I am a newbie, not sure is it anything wrong on my side....

cant understand you clearly, but i think there is a problem with your sdcard slot.

Sorry, maybe not make my statement clearly.
I mean.. my phone Samsung GT-N7000 before root is a Gingerbread - everything is good... and the sd card is working properly...
but when flashed to the Omni ROM Kit Kat 4.4.4....my phone is ok and working quite good... except the Camera.. - Msg "please insert the SD card before using the camera"
I am wondering is it the common problem on Omni Rom...., any solutions?...

its clear that this is bug in Custom Rom!

Hi Hell,
is it possible to advise which Rom is more stable, as I tried 4.4.3 got the wifi and camera sd card issues.

I cant tell you, ask for the rom dev to fix these bugs or try that rom which everyone is using

Hey guyz I just tried to flash CYANOGENMOD UNOFFICIAL RC2 and my mobile got stuck at the boot image for very long time so i tried flashing MIUI which i was using before but that too got stuck at boot image...
I think the reason is that my battery was too low(around 25%)..
Then i thought there is some prob soo i flashed the stock ROM[DDKT3] but now it is stucked at boot loop....:crying:
any1 any suggestion pls in a need urgently...

Believe it or not, it does...
Some sims and cm7/9 aren't compatible with each other...

ya you are correct some sim cards like mts in india dont work with cm 7 or 9

Even mtnl ones...
You put them in, phone won't boot...you take them out, and all's working normal...

with CWM you can backup different roms (so like keeping a Custom Rom and your Stock backup) you are able to keep as many backups (roms) as you want. but i warn you Roms Take up Alot of Space also depends on the Android version, 2.0-2.3 is around 500mb-1g. Ics/JB can be more than 1gig.

Do you have space on your Tablet? can it have a sd/micro sd card in it? if so do you have one?
Yes, i have one of 8 gigs, and yes i have space on my tablet- nearly 6 gigs free

The original 4.2.2 rom posted was having little bit laggy ui so i made changes in the original patch by removing some call related files because they were causing some problems after flashing the original patch.
Download link-

Instructions- put in root of sd
Install zip from sd card
Select zip
Reebot
Enjoy the buttery smooth 4.2.2 rom

well brother the patch was for android 4.1 and u used it on 4.2 . lib are mixed so u are getting bootloop.
try manually replacing hwcomposer file only.
it will work on micromax mega rom
dev it will work on micromax mega rom
As long as its 4.2 it will work

You only said it is modified for 4.2.2 and i used it. Was that my mistake? You didnt mentioned in your OP about this.
