I was rooting the phone. All was going well. Until, I deleted everything while on recovery mode (Means devlik and all. I checked all boxes). Now my Phone doesn't have OS. I'm trying to restore it but it is giving "remote: partition table doesn't exist" error. I think I might have screwed up the partition. All I want to know is how to re-partition my phone. Thanks in advance.
If you get into fastboot mode, I'd try to install CM11S via adb (like here, but with the userdata.img of 64GB version).
Maybe this or this are working, too. This would be easier for you.
I also thought of the same thing. But, ADB is not working and I'm unable to log in as there is no OS. So, cant use developer options.
Update. Now - My OEM unlock command is also not working from fastboot.

I encountered the same problem. Worst, no matter how, I just can't unlock the bootloader. Hence I cannot even change my recovery. My /data, /emmc and so /sdcard cannot be mounted. Even though adb push is working but still cannot have access to those files.
Can anyone help? Please.
Install philz recovery , wipe and format all partition.
You need USB otg câble.
Download cm11s on .ZIP ans flash it.

Hi,
After a serious software problems (crashed with 4.0.3 OTA update) i managed install a ROM, but my screentouch doesnt respond to my touch. The screen and all buttons function very well but i cant put the pin because touchscreen doenst work.
Could it be Software or is definitely Hardware?
Could be software. Have you tried flashing a new ROM (and appropriately wiping beforehand)?
Have you tried to access to the recovery ? Some recoveries use the touchscreen as the TWRP for example

I can acess to recovery sometimes
When it fails push it in PC via fastboot.
Now i cant enter in recovery and cant connect via usb to flash another recovery
I'm screwed!
I cant get into recovery, when i pressed appears a android toy whith a warning sine.
I cant connect to PC, when in bootloader and connect to PC, in bottom appears "fastboot fails invalid command".
I´ve installed a stock rom 2.3.6 and the touch screen doesn´t work to iniciate the phone. Try to install franco kernell but it´s the same situation.
When i can connect the phone to PC i´ve try´de 3 different custom roms and none works.
Going to warranty.
Looks like your touchscreen may have just given up. Everything else is normal, you probably don't have fastboot/adb setup properly and that warning sign is the stock recovery. I'd sort out fastboot and lock the bootloader before sending it in. Also, if you don't have a backup of your sdcard you can mount it through a custom recovery (use "fastboot boot recovery.img").

How can i do that?
Remember that i cant access to recovery or turn on by computer.
Read the rooting guide or check out NexusSHacks.com, all the info you'll need.
How are you "pushing" recoverys via fastboot if you don't have fast boot set up properly?
Anyways. Speaking of fastboot. Get the official fastboot images for your phone and flash them all. If you still have issues with the screen its a hardware problem.
You should make a full backup and then flash the official factory images (ICS 4.0.4), made for your hardware version, through fastboot. You can find the exact version beneath your battery on a sticker.
If the problem persists after this, it's most likely a HW problem.
If the mobile is not recognized in bootloader / fastboot mode, then connect it to a Linux PC, and then post here the output of the following commands (as root):
Code:
tail /var/log/messages
Code:

I want to root my tablet so I flashed TWRP 2.6.0.0 using fastboot everything works fine.
But now I want to install the zip to root the tablet, problem is TWRP cannot mount any storage, internal sdcard external sdcard nothing at all is alway says E:Can't mount 'xxx' on anything I tap.
I tried CWM, and 2.5.0.0 and nothing seems to work.
I can boot fine in the stock OS, everything works fine but that
My bootloader is 10.6.1.27.1-20130711
Can anyone help me?
Ok now it is bad, I tried to factory reset using the bootloader (power + volume down)
It booted in the buged TWRP and now it keeps booting in TWRP and I cannot even reach the bootloader
Try using adb commands to boot into bootloader.
ADB reboot-bootloader is the command that I think you must use. Of course, use adb devices to see if your tab is listed.

I cannot get this to work on Windows 8, I have Asus Transformer ADB interface lister in device manager but I cannot see my device with the adb devices command.
Also, in TWRP when I try adb sideload it says failed.
win 8 is the worst OS you want to use when it comes to fastboot/adb (even with secpol.msc full admin access)
get your hands on a win7 / vista /xp
oh and TWRP2.6 is kinda bugged - flash 2.5 or lower

I'm now on my laptop with Win7,
Ok so I tried to reset my device with a needle, but I cannot get it to the bootloader.
Still stuck in TWRP, I tried to go with ADB, I installer google usb driver from Android SDK, I cannot get it to be recognized by ADB, in the device manager I only see Transformer with a yellow "!", I tried with the Asus usb driver, nothing either.
Is there something else I can do to get this recognized with ADB? (fastboot doesn't work either)
I tried unpluging all, uninstalling all and reinstalling like 3 times.
Thanks for your help

fastboot should work. hold Vol-down and reset the device and keep vol-down pressed. it should go to fastboot. when you're in fastboot connect it to your laptop and see if the OS recognized your device - if not you have a driver issue. resolve that by installing the asus driver or the newest google generic drivers.
when you can see your device on dosprompt/powershel with fastboot devices then continue with getting recovery to work.
btw- stuck in twrp means? booting twrp (teamwin screen) but not responding?
good luck

can you boot into twrp? and i mean just boot into it? so that you see install, backup, restore etc. buttons?
if yes - twrp has an adb mode
connect your tab in twrp to your pc (check that you can see it - adb devices) if yes type: adb reboot bootloader
and you should boot into that. test it with fastboot devices.
most important thing is that you get into fastboot or a working recovery to flash or prepare to flash a (custom) rom back onto your device.

yes i read your posts - but im still unclear what you are trying to accomplish with sideload?
ok from the start:
when in twrp - connect your tab to your laptop - is windows working with it (drivers ok?) "adb devices" shows the device? if yes - adb reboot-bootloader (or fastboot reboot bootloader, not quite sure atm since i'm at work without micro usb cable) when issued the command is the tab rebooting? - and if yes, is it rebooting into twrp or fastboot? what screen is shown after that?

when its connected - is device manager at least showing it as faulty or not at all? (yellow triangle exclamation mark thingy, i just installed asus on my VM) -> see attached file
UPDATE: I succeeded to go in fastboot mode
I couldn't get my tab to be recognized by windows so I installer my Nexus 4 using the toolkit, when it was succesfully installed I could manually install my tab since the "android devices" option appeared in the list when you want to manually install a driver in the devices manager. So I could choose Asus ADB interface.
Now I can boot into Android, but it will go into TWRP as soon as I restart my tablet.
Now I will try the link you sent me to get TWRP recognize my storage so I can flash a new rom, I will let you know if something go wrong.
Thanks for helping

So I wiped again but really careless and made mistake no. 3: wiping the whole thing instead of just a few partitions like system, cache,....
So now I have my device S-On, theres really nothing on it exept TWRP but there (and in other recoverys I tried) the USB mout doesnt work so I cant get a new rom on it So I tried to push it through fastboot but I cant find a fitting command.
Any advice what I can do to either get the USB work in the recoverys or push it through fastboot and which rom works without S-Off?
If you need further infos Id like to give those!

TWRP has ADB Sideload feature. Means you can flash zips using adb. Of course you can flash a roms this but keep in mind you have to flash the kernel (boot.img) manually immediately after flashing the rom.zip. When flashed Rom.zip by using ADB sideload method make SURE that you direct go into fastboot mode and flash the kernel (fastboot flash boot boot.img) (you can extract the boot.img from your rom.zip)
May be a compatible rom this time? But you're lucky -> Infact you already deleted everything you won't have to perform a wipe before flashing lol

Ok, but I dont know with which command (fastboot flash what? or adb?)
You can use adb sideload as followed:
Start TWRP -> advanced -> ADB sideload + swipe to activate it. Connect your phone to the computer. Open "CMD Commandline" and type "adb sideload ROMNAME.zip"
Of course "ROMNAME" has to match the zip you want to flash. Thats it
In twrp go to "REBOOT" -> "fastboot"
When fastboot usb is ready use CMD commandline again and type "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Then you can boot android
I whished I could. As I start ADB sideload it keeps doing nothing at all until I abort it. What I think is important to know is that it is then:
"E:Unable to mout '/internal_sd'
E:Unable to mount storage.", which I think is the problem.
Flash Stock recovery And perform "factory Reset + clear storage" that will fix your storage. Then flash twrp Version 2.7 again and do what I suggested to flash the Rom
Sent from my beloved HTC One S using (most time buggy) Tapatalk
Did the exact thing which removes the mounting error, but this has no effect on the sideload (or usb mount). Still not working.

Can you acces your sdcard by twrp? Lot of poeple here has sd card bug yet and it was fixed everytime.
You're facing sdcard bug.
This is how to solve:
1. Flash stock recovery
2. reboot to bootloader and perform "factory reset + clear storage" (While in bootloader NOT in recovery)
3. Flash custom recovery again
4. Reboot recovery - mount usb storage - copy ROM.zip to sdcard // adb sideload rom
7. NOW boot android (Not at any time before! Even there is no system installed)
Please just repeat it.

Hi guys,
I wiped everything by mistake in TWRP 2.8.4.0 and now I'm puzzled... I did a FULL (yeah....) wipe before flashing a custom ROM, but then, everything was gone, of course.
I still have access to TWRP ; the bootloader is unlocked ; was on JB 4.2 .
So I tried to put a Rom back into the memory of the Tab, but :
1/ TWRP won't mount my SD card with a ROM on it... Does anyone have an idea why?
2/ adb doesn't recognize the device... but "fastboot devices" does! So I have access to all the fastboot commands.. Sadly, it doesn't flash any .zip.
So I'm guessing I have to solve the SD card problem OR flash a system.img with flashboot...?
I don't know what to do. I read that an older version of TWRP might mount my SDcard, but I'm quite scared to try and flash another recovery, since I'm not sure it will not definitely brick the thing.
Thanks for any answer

But the drivers are already installed, that's why I don't get why adb doesn't work.
as for the MTP, I can't get to it, since there is no ROM installed on the tab anymore : when I switch it on, it stays stuck on the ASUS logo, but is not detected by the computer.
Do you know where I could get an image of a stock firmware to flash with fastboot? or another way to push a file?

My question is: Is there any way that i can install any custom recovery now, when I am locked out of my phone, so I can try Method 7 from this post . I have enabled USB debugging, but for some reason, my device is unauthorized from executing adb commands.
I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and have forgotten its password. I have tried Method 2, 5 and 6 from this post, but to no avail.
I tried method 2 and 5 which requires ADB to be installed, but I was not able to access my phone. I have USB debugging enabled and my phone is not rooted. When I tried to run the following code:
Code:
adb devices
adb shell
it showed that my phone is unauthorized and error: device unauthorized This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
Here's the screenshot:
When trying method 6, I had to change the path of ADB driver because the file I downloaded from the post, had its own ADB driver which clashed with my already installed ADB driver, but even after that, it again showed the above error. Here' the screenshot:
Finally I want to try method 7 from the above post, which requires custom recovery to be installed on the phone, is there any way now?
Though it seems now that the I have only one option left and that is to factory reset my phone, but if , there is any other way by which I can bypass my lock screen, please please please inform me.
Of course you can. Just boot your phone into fastboot and do "fastboot flash recovery <recovery image name>.IMG" and you'll flash it. And you can't access the adb because your screen is locked... This is how companies prevent phone hacking
So flash custom recovery, backup the /data , factory reset and after resetting restore the /data backup. And you're good to go. I suggest you using TWRP, because I use it and it never left me hanging Keep me updated.

Install TWRP or CWM with fastboot and then flash the Unlock me! zip that I've created and you won't lose your data.

Didn't know that such package existed... I'd still do it my way if your phone was laggy/corrupted,... Else do the package flash. Keep me updated!

OK... So first boot into fastboot. When you've done that, connect It to your pc with usb, download fastboot package from somewhere on xda(you'll find it).
Open command prompt "CD" to the directory where your fastboot is located in, put recovery image in the folder where fastboot.exe is and type "fastboot flash recovery <recovery file name>.IMG". I'm gonna update this answer in 2 days, when I get to my pc, so try to do it by these instructions, if something isn't working, comment and we'll resolve the problem. If something isn't clear, just ask. Keep me updated.

Can unlocking my bootloader somehow brick my phone?
Everything can brick your phone. Updating my lenovo phone with official update hardbricked mine... But yeah, it can.
