[Completed] How to root lava iris pro 30

Can u help me root my phone:
I've a Lava IRIS pro 30 and I want to install kitkat on my phone. But I'm new to rooting so Please guide me how to do it.

I downloaded the mt6589_rooting_pkg and run the run.bat several times .... An MS Dos window opened : it said daemon started successfully but nothing after that. How much time does it take to root?

Thanks a lot developers for making this great rom
There are some bugs in this Rom, I'll be glad if you could fix this for us. IF you uninstall any app then this error occurred : "UI has stopped working" and wallpaper gets changed to default automatically and phone gets hang some time. Some time phone gets turned off as well and doesn't turn on until battery gets drained out as you can' t removed the battery from doodle 2 A 240, power + volume down/up key doesn't work too if the phone is off.
Dear developers, kindly fix this if possible. please upload a new patch so that we can get rid from this. I can't go back to Micromax stock rom as it's pathetic and has so many crap pre-installed apps as well.
I have also unroot my phone after flashing this rom and now I'm not able to root this. I have tried so may apps but non of working. Please help if any one can help me about rooting the phone again.
