I converted my Moto G XT1033 to GPE to try Paranoid Android. Carbon ROM as well. The performance was not so great so I decided to switch back to stock. And after switching back to stock, sim 2 on my XT1033 wasn't working any more. For a moment I though it would be a sim issue. But it wasn't. Helplessely, I tried switching back to GPE and and then again to stock but still SIM 2 isn't working. Sim 2 options are disabled.
So what could be the issue? Suggestions please.

Try Swapping SIMs.
Are you sure, you didn't flash any kernel ? (I don't know if it affects dual SIM function).
Try to restore using your Stock backup.
I tried swapping sims but doesn't work. Kernel can't be a issue but still I tried that and it also doesn't solve the issue. Thanks for your help though.

Hello everyone !
Recently, I've downgraded from lollipop to 4.4.4, then changed my firmware to XT1034 Canada from GPE. This morning, I got a new software update notification so I decided to
update it again to Lollipop because this came from Motorola themselves. After this my phone won't even turn on, it shows up as QUALCOMM on the ports in device manager

I tried using qboot (using the blank-flash) but to no use. Fastboot nor ADB can't detect it. Is there anyway I can fix this. I don't want my moto g destroyed as it is my first phone? thank you so much for reading this.
Edit: I think it's fixable if we do have the 5.0 bootloader, do you guys know how it works and where to find it?
You can try this

Hit THANKS if I helped you!
It's not working. Maybe it's my MBM-CI? Because I upgraded to lollipop and after upgrading it was stuck on the bootloader.
Hi
I have an XT1033, yesterday i downgraded it to 4.4.4 GPE (from 5.0.2) and noticed it had the 5.0.1 update avaiable, i updated it.
Now my phone displays XT1032 in "About the phone" and it has no signal, but it does recognize the sim-card. It knows there is a sim card, it even shows the company's name ( TIM ), but has 0 signal and it says "Radio Disabled" in the "Status" screen (same screen that shows IMEI etc)
Can i fix it? Again, it is a xt1033 but apparently the lollipop updated a xt1032 rom in it, i'd keep it since i only use 1 sim card.
I thought about flashing the stock xt1032 5.0.1 stock flash from this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2649763 ) thread but i'll wait for a reply here since i'm afraid of bricking the phone and it's my only one right now
The kernel version is in the attached screenshot
Thanks in advance

I have pressed with this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kasitskyi.hiddensettings) Band USA on my Mi4c and now I have no signal in sim1. I live in Europe and don't know what to do. Is there any simple fix for that? I have found few but with other phones like Mi5 and so. Found this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5/development/xiaomi-mi5-qualcomm-diagnostic-drivers-t3336200)
but really don't know how to do it. I's mentioned lower :
(All you need to do is change the ban_pref* values back to the original, for the Sim-Card you changed it. Set the following values in your phone, for the Sim-Card you disabled em. (By Clicking band mode USA))

Hello, I've bought an XPeria Z5 on internet with problem on LCD. I've reinstalled a base firmware for my country (CH) but I0ve discovered that this Z5 has only 16gb ROM memory. I've searched in internet and I've not found any model with this amount of memory, so I'm asking if could be a Software problem or what else? Anyone have idea of what could be the problem?

I would try a factory reset. My old Nexus 7 (2012) with 32GB suffered the same issue when flashing Stock ROMs. It always defaulted to 8GB formatted until a reset so the process became:
1. flash (8GB showing)
2. immediate factory reset (32GB showing)
Now I know that this was because the original Nexus came in 8/16/32 but seeing as you've only just flashed a new firmware you're not losing anything doing a reset.
Thanks @ricodredd, factory reset has solved the problem
just all of sudden it became invalid sim
try multiple time reset or clear data cache sim toolkit
original sim to other phone is working
other sim to original phone is working
other sim to other phone is working
anyone face the same problem?
*already try sim try 1 and 2 still no working at all
Did you try the one about sim recognition?

Sim recognition issue
Owned the phone for about a month now. Phone was working perfectly fine for the majority of this time. I use 2 different sims and they were both working smoothly until recently. A few days ago, I woke up and the phone wouldn't recognize the Sim...

Seems almost identical, as if you didn't need to make a new one at all...
