I'd suggest you perform a search of the thread because your question is most likely already being discussed there. If it isn't already being discussed taken go ahead and ask in that thread, that way it'll reach the people who are using the ROM and get you a helpful answer.

I installed Omni rom (kitkat) recently on my LG optimus 4x (p880), my phone is rooted, but i can't find root access in developer options, and I dont't have root now. Please help, and thank you.

I would browse around and you'll see there's much info out there. Twrp threads can be found in the development sections, and roms too.

The changelogs can probably be found on the CyanogenMod website and maybe in the thread that you got the ROM from.
