[Q]problem with 4.2.2 jellybean nexus rom

I have installed Nexus 4.2.2 rom with root and cwm in my SHW-M250K which is now on gti9100 rom........my videos were good previously.....but after flashing nexus rom some of my HD videos arent syncing correctly with audio or not playing.....what is the problem and what is the solution.in previous rom i can play all videos without converting......but it seems that i have to convert video now...but i dont want to do that......i have flashed the rom from XDA forum........

i am not sure i understood u 100%or no ....... but i suggest to use app like steam media play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.StreamPX3T or another supported apps
try it and if it helped u hit thanks

I have tried many video player but I think softwares are OK and maybe problem is with the rom or settings or others. I have played the video without converting in the previous rom and now i can't play the videos properly..... Help please.....

Thats my proplem too .. And that is the only app that plays dvd and hd vedios on my mobile ...try it any way

the player takes too time for loading player list.....but my problem isnt fixed....my videos arent synchronized correctly .......i tried to googling....but i cant find my desired solution,help please.......

i think video player or hd videos arent playing properly with this rom.....

The problem is that the player force close almost all the times(sorry for the link yesterday worked)

I can't open the video with the player but i can enter in the app so i change to s/w (local/red/audio) and dindnt work ( I tried reinstall but didn't work i sent the report through the app

Recreate the crash, run MX Log Collector immediately after the crash, and post the error log here. The developer will take a look.

Sorry for late reply.
According to the log, MX Player is crashing just after calling FFmpeg function.
If you are using custom ROM, I think there might be conflicts with build option for your ROM such as float-abi.
Would you send me compiling option for your ROM if possible?
It is very unlikely, but there is a small chance to be fixed with latest test build because it is compiled with latest compiler unlike current release build.

ok, i uninstalled previous and just installed version 1.7.31.
It keeps saying that version is not supported...

Which device?
Are you using any custom rom?
Can you upload logs?
1. Install mx log collector from google play
2. Open mx player, when you get error click on ok to close the player.
3. Now immediately open mx log collector, save the logs & upload here

Well, my first guess is that the Emulator doesn't have a proper Android media framework implementation because it's an emulator...
Aside... why do you need to play videos inside an emulator anyways?

I tried it in Lenovo ideapad u430 touch i7-4510u and it work fine, and in my laptop Sony vaio svt1313V1ES i7-3537 it crash;
I used the same version of emulator.

My guess is that it's more to do with how the emulator is responding to the system it's running on.
I'll wait for the developer to look at the error log, but I doubt it will tell him anything useful.

It may depend on how the hardware decoder works on emulator.
Have you tried S/W decoder...?
It should work regardless of device.

Yes, I tried the SW decoder for local video, for video and audio and the same problem, it crash
I tried also HW+ and the same problem

i want to add speed option to mzplayer

I want from you to add to mx that bottom can make video work fast like 2 second in 1second like that kmplayer app.......
