Hi I'm trying to root my cricket galaxy 4, I've heard there are apps that can root your phone for you, and have tried some but still am getting no root access after on root checker. Can someone please give me some advice on how to do this? Thank you

Try to root again. if same prob update with stock firmware nd root again .

Check your root permission manager app (superSu, superuser etc) for any change in root prmissions granted

Yea, I agree with the above. A simple reboot may also help. I know Samsung can be a bit sneaky with updates that can take away root.
