I had wifi drops before on an Atrix2 on stock when I updated via OTA to ICS.
When I installed custom roms, that problem wasnt there, I had a problem and I had to flash stock rom with rsd lite for some reason the issue was gone.
I think the problem comes when the phone is updated via OTA, maybe it wilk be gone if I flash a stock rom with RSD lite.
Is there anyway to solve it? Did anybody have this problem before?

Just changed Wifi Frequency Band to 2.4ghz in advanced.
This has worked for me with lots of wifi networks but dont know why there is still 1 which continues with the problem.

Hi everyone. My question is specifically pointed towards the TF300TG, and my problem is that it keeps losing 3g connectivity that is only restored only by rebooting. Wifi works fine. Tried 2 SIM cards, but the problem persists. I would be the most grateful if anyone can shed some light on this!

I am running stock ICS 4.0.3, IML74K.TW_epad--9.4.4.40-20120704. This was after I received an OTA update today that was strangely named as NULL; but after that, I didn't get my 3g dropping. This was 2 hours into the update. Let's see how the thing goes, and I am keeping my fingers crossed on this.

I got the same problem in Italy with a TF300TG (WW 9.4.4.40-20120704) with a H3G Italy usim. What's the version of the new update? Thanks.

After the update to .40 i have severe 3g issues on telenor in Norway. It works sometimes, but sometimes I have full blue coverage with H icon, but no connectivity in apps like chrome. Strangely enough, google reader works but only the feed, not opening web pages. Stock browser also fails.

That was after the update. After that, I still have the same error, but the frequency of it happening was lower than before.

Updated with the last OTA update to JB 4.1.1. Problems with 3G connection on H3G network.
No problems before last update.
Any Ideas how to fix this problem?

So just wondering if anybody has worked out why the video player activates in the background occasionally since 4.1.2 update? Still bugs me anyone?
Mine always restarted even before the update. I've just learned to live with it.

Really happens daily on my device stock no root wifi version, only started since 4.1.2 update though. I'm used to it now but still would like to know why it does it
No idea, but I will add that mine is the 32gb N8000 version... I have 2 and both play nice, I bought one for my brother(still stock) and his has no problems and I got a friend hers(Omega rom) and it has no problems either... All N8000 32gb versions....
Might be just a problem with a certain model?
Has anyone experienced any glitches with their moto g? In the video below, you'll what exactly I'm talking about. In 4.4.2, it is inconsistent but with the update to 4.4.3, it is continuous.
Reflashing stock ROM or custom ROM doesn't work. I am waiting for the 4.4.3 firmware to be released to see if flashing it would fix it.
If anyone has experienced this glitch and knows how to fix it, I'd be grateful for your advice.

I want to believe that but it doesn't show up in Fastboot at all and that has me questioning if it is hardware or not.
maybe stock rom's problem. try a custom rom.

same thing happens with a custom rom. I want to try reflashing the stock firmware before ruling it as a hardware issue. Really should have done that before when it was on 4.4.2
If its happening on all ROMs, its definitely a H/w issue.

Yes, it has been happening.
With stock 4.4.3, it continues nonstop, with paranoid android rom on 4.4.3, it only does this every once in a while which makes me wonder if it is really something with the hardware and software clashing. I'll be using the paranoid android rom since it makes the phone more usable now
Actually not fixed.
I'm running two ROMs on my device, one which is running Lollipop 5.0.2 (Screw'd) and another running 5.1, PureWhite.
Data works just fine on Screw'd, but barely on PureWhite. I encountered the same problem with another 5.1 ROM, Cataclysm's latest release.
Any help?

So far Cataclysm is the only 5.1 ROM that works for me with our lovely Sprint carrier. I tried the latest Terminus and Euphoria this morning and neither of them work. I tried adding the stock 5.1 OmaDmclient and UpdateSettings apks but it didnt work on either rom. It should that I was receiving a signal (ehrpd), but couldnt connect with 3G or LTE.
I really hate Sprint.

I'm not sure if he released a newer version of cataclysm (march 31 last I checked), but he provided a flashable zip fix for sprint users addressing the problem.
And I just checked, the April 4th beta should have fixed the problem.

It seems that flashing bootloader and radio from 5.0.2 solved this issue. For me it works. Please, try and report.

Yes, it happened on both - LMY47D and LMY47I. Funny, changelog says "some SIM card fixes". Tried everything I've found on internet, but non of solutions worked for me, even in Safe mode. It's really annoying, at least for me. Back on 5.0.2 for now.

I had this happen a few days ago here at work, but the problem was the router and not the phone.
I'm using stock lollipop.
Update bootloader and radio to the latest August update. Worked for me.
