-- Turn off the hone.
-- Press and hold both buttons volume down & power button at the same time.
-- press the power key.
-- Hold atleast 8-10 seconds and let go of power button and continue to press volume buttons.
-- A menu will apper with android logo, release the power buttons
-- press the home key.

Power Off the phone first. Then :
For Recovery : VOL UP + OK (HOME) + POWER
For Download : VOL DOWN + OK (HOME) + POWER

you got your words jumbled up there
when you have your phone off, hold the vol up + home buttons, then press and hold the power button along with the other two. when the phone vibrates and the first screen display shows, let go of the power button and keep holding the vol up + home buttons. what happens?

no it doesn't work on my mobile it shows default popup screen

Hold both the Volume up and Volume down, the Home (middle button) and then the power button.

you cannot hold both up and down at the same time. they have different functions as seen in the post by arindam.

yes, assuming you follow my instructions, the first "default popup screen" will show as normally happens, stating that the phone is an sgs i9003, etc. that is what happens at the same time the phone vibrates to let you know it successfully started booting and to let go of the power button. so let it go and keep holding the vol up + home (ok) buttons! then what happens?

I think he facing the same problem with me !!
I think he means when press volume up +home key+power
then the recovery mode is an original from android which is show on my device as Adroid recovery : so that there is no Choose ZIP from sdcard and other commands which is importand to flash new rom version.
In fact i need it show me the Clockworkmode recovery :
so I have to root my device first then you will get clockworkmode automaticly, right ?

No. there is nothing automatic with root. If you want the CWM Recovery, then you have to flash the CWM or the cf-root (universal or for your FW).
I did a restore and now it just hangs at ASUS. On my SG3 I can hold a few buttons to force it back into TWRP. How do I do this on the TF300T?????
Hold the power button and down volume while re booting. You should get a screen with 4 options. RCK should be highlighted Give it 5 seconds and hit the up volume button. If you have TWRP on your tablet. it should load.

Switch off tablet. Wait 20 sec. Now press vol down + power. Now from menu find recovery and press power button. Or if you have root download quick reboot from market.

If you need a quick answer why not just google it?
To expand on the second post. Hold the volume down button and press the power button and let go, holding both down will just load the tablet. Once your in the bootloader, use the volume buttons to select recovery and hit the power button to launch recovery.
How can I get into recovery menu, I am using the following method,
1. Power off the device
2. Plugged in adapter
3. Hold down the volume up + power button
On no command screen...
4. Hold down volume up + down + power key simultaneously but the device would just boot up normally and not into recovery menu.
Where am I getting wrong?

Try volume down + power button.
Get to no command screen then release buttons then press power and hold a and press vol up key
Does anyone know the button combo in the stock recovery to get from the android on back to the menu?
Turn off the phone.
Push volume down and power button.
When logo apears release power button only and press it again. Than keep it pressed.
You should see the factory reset option.
If not - try again.

Thank you for the reply but I wasn't trying to factory reset. I wanted to get to the recovery menu. Usually when you get to the point where there's the green android guy on his back you can hold power down and tap volume up the menu will pop up. It's not working for this phone. Is it different on this phone because of the assistant button?
