I just rooted my Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch from Virgin Mobile and I would like to get CWM on it, but I am looking everywhere, and I can't find a clear guide, or anything on how to do this. Would anyone be able to help/guide me though this? Thanks.

Hi! Does anyone have an easy "how-to" tutorial to flash sprint samsung androids (like the samsung intercept, moment,etc) to boost mobile? I know it isn't a difficult process because I have seen it done a few times. I also believe I have all of the software on my computer....cdma,qpst,qxdm. according to Samsung, that model number is the Sprint Galaxy S2, aka the Epic Touch 4G

Hey, I have a Rogers Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE (SGH-I727R), and i recently rooted my phone and got CWM. Now i want to get the new Jelly Bean ROM that a lot of people had put out, but i realized that they were all for the Galaxy S2 or S3, none for the S2 LTE. So i was wondering if any do exist for my type of phone? Or if the Galaxy S2 versions could work for my phone?

is there a root for this type of model yet?
or can i use Automatic kernal root

The answer is.....
The virgin and boost mobile phones are rebranded epic 4g touch. Look under android forums epic 4 g touch section. They have sub section for the boost and virgin mobile versions.
So in conclusion... search where I pointed you to and good luck.... the s2 for virgin and boost is an EPIC 4G TOUCH. and they are quite easy to root...
I used framaroot to root mine, it's the same exact as yours, make sure you get the version with the choice of 3 exploits Sam and froyo do not work but aragon does work, I'm still not completely satisfied because I cannot find for the life of me how to get cwm recovery on here to make a backup before I start actually messing with stuff, it's driving me insane. But you can most definitely root and install su with framaroot

I've read that there is a way to root sgs2 without using a pc, laptop or desktop computer? I've seen a discussion on xda forum about this method but the info was very limited in detail and some of the given links did not work.
I don't have access to a pc.
My question is, is there really a NO COMPUTER needed way to root my sgs2.
(phone type) Samsung Galaxy s2 4G epic touch, sprint. Running on latest version of Ics.
Someone please help with the best info possible.
