Can't SuperCID or S-OFF my HTC ONE S hboot 2.15 - HTC One S

I have a HTC One S S4 thats Rooted and has Unlocked Bootloader on Hboot 2.15. I'm currently using TwistedKat 4.4.2 ROM.
I'm having issues trying to SuperCID & S-Off. I've followed this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26516911#post26516911) to acheive SuperCID but thats not working for me. I've managed to go through all the steps with no issues, but when it comes to checking my CID, it stays at 02___001 doesn't change to 11111111.
I can't Facepalm S-Off as i need to SuperCID, which i'm having issues with. I've read that with Hboot 2.15, i'll have to use Moonshine S-Off but i can't do that as i don't have a matching firmware as i'm using TwistedKat 4.4.2 ROM.
I've searched around and there are a few people who are struggling to with Hboot 2.15.
Is there a way to fix this issue? I'm not sure if i've missed out any information for my phone but hope someone can help.
Thanks.

Anyone? Could really do with some help with this....

Have you tried rumrunner?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2558334 here you go

I haven't tried romrunner yet, isn't this just the same as Moonshine? Am I able to do this even though I'm on the Twisted Kat 4.4.2 ROM?

Yes. You can.
Follow the instructions on the site.

I've managed to get S-Off with rumrunner. Thanks for your help

[Q] S-OFF on HBOOT 1.20

Is there an S-OFF available for HBOOT 1.20? Saw "locked" after flashing 1.20 and S-ONed phone. Finally unlocked using htcdev but nothing I found could help me downgrade HBOOT and do S-OFF again. Do not have SuperCID atm.
there is a thread on this your still rooted even though it says s on
Yeah, I am still rooted and can get into recovery and flash ROMs. But I am having issues with signal and I cannot flash anything because 1.20 does not support fastboot commands. I would like to downgrade but cannot. I tried flashing the customized p85img.zip with my CID T-MOB010 and it would just return to menu w/o any messages.
Make sure it's p85img in the file name.
Don't INSERT .zip at the end. It should automatically be a .zip file.
The file is named correctly.
There is a thread here ima try and find it were you can revert back to hboot 1.17.0000

i m facinf d same problm wit my sensation with bootloader unlocked thro htc dev. i m unable 2 flash any radios. Even i m unable to flash any custom firmware also. I need ur help if u found any solution.
either downgrade your hboot to 1.17 or update to ics 3.24 which has hboot 1.27 (unlocked) and you will have advance fastboot commands
Same exact problem here, semi-bricked my phone before I went over to Htcdev.... attempting to flash a p85img for HBOOT 1.17 or any p85img does nothing but parse it. Searched all day today couldn't find a thing to help...Others have suggested just waiting until Revolution comes out with an Unlock for 1.20 but I'm determined to find a solution for us.

Hboot downgrade

Actually i'm s-on and revolutionary is not working with hboot version 1.27.0000. I want to downgrade hboot version to install a custom rom. And...... My cid isn't 11111111 so i cant install android 2.3.4 with hboot version who is accepted by revolutionary. Thanks !
Revolutionary doesnt support your hboot yet u will have to wait for an update

You can't downgrade your hboot with s-on. That really is common knowledge and if you weren't aware of that, I would suggest you do a lot more reading before attempting s-off anyway. I'm sorry to be a **** but you aren't ready.
I'm suggest you to wait until revo come out with the support for your HBOOT version
Hi. Try this method. Read first and if you have any further questions aks there.

This method is NOT for 1.27 hboot.
Isn't running a GB RUU enough to have everything back to a "S-OFFable" setting?
I used an "old" RUU to go back to a revolutionary compatible hboot on a friend of mine's Incredible S (hboot 2.0 to 1.13) and it worked... Is there something I don't know as the reason for this not to work on the Sensation (surely there is... )?
try to do tacoroot to access revolutionary maby it help

[Q] Downgrade hboot from 2.15

Hi guys
How can I Downgrade my hboot from 2.15 to 1.14
I've got ota jb.
now i'm using viper 1.2.1 custom rom
and have: unlocked,rooted,supercid,,cwm,
I want to install ruu but first i must s-0ff......i tried to s-off but due to my hboot version s-off method didnt work
by the way I tried facepalm s-off method
I'm not sure you can now. I've seen a few people mention in the forums that if you didn't S off before doing the OTA, you'll have to wait for a new method as the exploit was patched. I could be wrong, check the S off thread.

You should be able to s off with 2.15 bootloader. I have done it no problems. Go through the s off process step by step, and for some reason it can matter what sort of ROM you have before going s off. So for example, try flashing the JB version of Viper, and then do S-Off (or one of the custom sense stock roms, ie latest t mobile, etc).

I got the S=OFF OTA 2.15

I am happy to announce that I got the S=OFF on OTA 2.15. I use moonshine http://www.moonshine.io method in Linux. I try in windows, but was unable to to remove the HTC Sync. It work in Linux. I use Linux Mint in KDE 14.
Can anyone else confirm this works? I have to wait until tomorrow to test.

I can confirm. I just finished it. I had a Soft Brick with error mounting SD Card. After returning to S-On I was able to return to stock with a RUU. After that was complete up and running, I used Moonshine and now S-Off again.
I just need to work on the signal issue created with the updated TMOUS Firmware.

Hey I'm in the same boat as you. Do you still have the signal issue? How are you fixing it?
I have phone from TMO_DE with OTA 2.15 and just passed the moonshine without any problems (previously, I couldn't make S-off becouse I can't do SuperCID)
One S Multi-Tool is a timesaver and so much easier. After I was able to S-Off again with moonshine I was still having issues with custom roms and the signal on stock. With the stock the signal disconnected constantly and with custom it had errors and would not load. I returned to S-On but was able to keep my SuperCID so I could flash another RUU. I ran a lower RUU which downgraded my HBoot. Then I was able to flash a custom Rom. I am keeping the S-on for now because it kept breaking the connection to the sdcard. The signal was still choppy but with the lower HBoot I was able to flash a different radio. I had the newest but when I flashed a lower version, works perfect.

This is the RUU. Will put you down to ICS and hboot 1.08
RUU_Ville_U_TMOUS_1.84.531.2_R2_Radio_0.16.31501S.16_2_10.22.31501S.10L_release_263233_signed.exe
This is the radio. V6 is for S-Off Devices or those with HBoot lovver then 1.13. After your HBoot is set I flash the 0.16 radio, which is the same that is included with the RUU but it is an Aroma installer and gives the ability to adjust for T-Mobile and fix wifi partition. Works great.
V4 is for Hboots that are S-On and higher then 1.13. Resets after a ROM flash.
[S4][01.05][V6][V4]Radio Collection for Sense ROM's and AOSP ROM's + Build.prop fix
None of this is my work, just what I have done some research on and found they worked for me.

Thanks for the reply! I've been trying for so long to fix this problem and it's great to finally see someone who has had positive results. I'll give it a try tonight and hopefully I'll have the same result.

No and yes. It depend on your hboot version. For OTA with 2.15, there was no way to get the s=off as we could not do the supercid. With moonshine script, you do not need the supercid. I still have tmous cid. Different way to get the s=off and works.

You should be able to. With S-OFF, just use fastboot oem writecid 11111111
HTC_One_S | S-OFF | ViperOneS_2.2.0 | Black&Blue_Inverted_Sense | Bulletproof_1.4

Moonshine is awesome. I used it to s-off over the most recent OTA, and applied SuperCID using the hex editor "1111111" method. Going to switch over to Verizon when my contract is up, and wont have to give up my ville_u :good:

So has anyone gained S-Off with Hboot 2.15 using moonshine on a windows machine?
I did install latest JB OTA. but do have Super CID.

[Q] How to S-Off/ SuperCID? Hboot 2.1.5

I have a HTC One XL(no AT&T logo) that seems to have Hboot 2.1.5 (I went into the bootloader menu that appears when you vol + power on). I recently sent in my One X (with Tegra processor) in for warranty and somehow got a One XL back, so I don't know much about the phone. It came with Sense 5 and JB 4.2.2. I've already unlocked the bootloader via htcdev.com and flashed TWRP 2.6.3.0 recovery, and through that I flashed superuser.zip, which worked because I was able to use Titanium backup.
I wanted to follow the Facepalm S-Off guide ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155071 ) so that I could install a custom rom (LiquidSmooth). That guide requires my phone to be Super-CID, but I am unsure how to do that on my phone because it has Hboot 2.1.5 and all the one click installers specify hboot 2.1.4 or some AT&T firmware version that I don't know whether my phone has or not.
So does anybody know how to SuperCID or S-off my phone?
Thanks in advance
Unfortunately the 2.15 hboot has write protection enabled, which means it isn't possible for you to get SuperCID at the moment. Obviously that means you can't get s-off. I believe this problem is being worked on but we have no ETA yet. You should be able to flash most ROMs without s-off though, as you are on new enough firmware.
