When that problem occure go to settings, aplications and force close the launcher, it will fix the bug.

But clearing the cache temporarily removed the bug..And any idea about WiFi connectivity bug?

That bug i think happend to me on Apex but not for sure (100% sure it was a custom launcher).
What wifi bug?
Edit: I think some apps trigger that bug, for me happend a few times after playing Uno friends.

Yes..correct..the Brazilian as well as the us version has received updates n Motorola promised that...not even the moto x has received any updates..in India...users r facing a lot of issues n are sending back the device to the seller unaware that these are software bugs

The phone doesn't read the WiFi hotspot to which it was connected after a reboot n we have to again reboot it or on/off airplane mode for fixing the issue.....The icon issue was seen in the stock launcher as well as in the HTC sense 6.0 launcher!

although i succesfully xtrnly factory reset my phone..but in battery graph it still shows tht wifi is on..scanning is disabled and also in wifi advanced settings it is on never mode..
I'm having the same issue, wifi is off but still showing up in battery issue.

I can't see them doing that unless it's one particular model of phone doing this. I've got 2 G3's and know several others with them and none are having that problem so it's not all phones doing that.
its problm with somehow evry phone.. today or tmrw u vl surely notice dis.. bt tht jst a bug in actually wifi not causes the battery drain

I am using a custom rom which is 6.0.1 where as the stock rom is still at 6.0 in india.....this wifi problem is there in custom rom also....so it might be an inherent problem within the source codes....

yeah for custom rom new update rolled out could be only a couple of days away from now, but for motorola I do not know when they are going to role it out ....

I don't remember what i did, but when you activate wifi from the bar, there is an option at the bottom, and then there is a menu with option and i disabled something and i dont have this problem anymore. Also, that option isn't available anymore(to me at least). Sorry for my english

You are wrong, the F variant is the International version of OPPO devices, so don't is only for US

Does anyone else have problem with wi-fi hotspot? I'm using latest nightly cm-14.1-20161209. Hostspot starts, but displays "error" and won't work.

I think that was fixed in the 10/12/16 nightly
Just updated to the latest nightly and still has the same error. Still does not work.

Couple of issues I've been having since running the CM14.1 rom:
Call/voice issues with a caller ringing me, I can hear them, they can't hear me. I hang up, call them back then both can hear fine.
Some slowdown/lag issues, random times when the phone just slows to a crawl.
Anyone else experienced these??
Also advanced restart in Developer Options doesn't work when pressing the power button, can only choose from turn phone off/aeroplane mode as options (assume this will be fixed at some stage).

After pressing the power button long press on the Power Off option and the advanced options appear.
I did get a slow down but only once.
No problem with calls

Settings --> Buttons --> Power menu.
If anoyone really needs tethering , use Pdanet+. works flawlessly.
Tried Pdanet+, did'nt work(connects to hotpot, but no internet). Updated latest cm-14.1-20161211 , no help. Damn, back to marshmallow..

Pdanet+ works only by USB cable for the moment.

I had the B130 until yesterday. Now the European models are upgrading to B140-141. I don't know why after the update started to give this problem.

I have not got to test Android Auto, but I recommend doing the update so you have the latest security patches.

Update and Google feed is all ok with me

There are network issues in redmi note 7 pro, it happens 3-4 times a day, whenever I try to call someone the call cannot connects to fix this everytime i have to reboot my phone.
Another issue is no sim card issue,i have both the sim in my phone but it shows no sim card automatically sometimes, and i have to reboot my phone to fix this issue.
Another issue is sometimes anyone who is calling says that my phone was switched off, but it doesn't.
1.Is there any way to fix these bugs?
2.Are custom roms also having these types of bugs?

it may seem to have sim tray problem in your phone. check it if not solved with latest official stable rom as in case of mine it solved.
visit service center it may be hardware problem.
we have paid the money for the phone, they will repair it and that's why they are there.

It was fixed in miui 11 but now i am on pixel experience and it doesn't have any issues. But the problem you are saying is something different, you can check if other phones with same network is getting signal or not. If not then maybe the network signal inside your home is very weak or approx NULL.

Yeah.. I have OnePlus 6 and no issues with any of the sims. I am only getting signal in RN 7 pro when I am outside the home.

Got update android 11... And since then its a disaster....
1. Notification appears randomly...even days after recieved... I mean i got WhatsApp msg i read it and respond... And next day the same msg shows as new notification ...the same apply for messenger and even regular msg
2. Random main screen clear out...every now and then when i unlock the phone the screen is blank..nothing but wallpaper is visible... I have to relock the phone....
3. Bleedin buble notification....
I did factory resset and its no help...anyone knows some sort of solution please...

obviously because it is very buggy.
it is possible to revert to the previous one or whatever you want but you have to unlock the bootloader.

I have it on ... I had it on before update as well... honestly i am not moaning but this feels worse then beta..
I had espacialy sim card problem and another bugs after the update. But when i did factory reset from settings not recovery mode . Everything is fixed and i use the andriod 11 without any problem.

Yeap notif. are okey except poco launcher notif. on app like notif. Number . My problem was about sim card After updating to the latest update, both my sim card slots have been turned off.and ı couldnt use phone. But after factory reset everything fine
after FR and using nova launcher i do not recognize (more) bugs until now.
WA and SMS are doing well.
For me it seems ok now. not bug free, but usable.
DEV option MIUI optimization "ON" did the trick.
