How to unlock bootloader in any HTC devices - General Topics

Hi friends,
I am about to share the easiest way to unlock boot loader of any HTC device.
The bigger problem in rooting HTC devices is basically unlocking bootloader because downloading SDK and Java may be hard for few.
After searching for more than a week, I found a software which I personally do not own.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BRICKED DEVICE
Steps :
(Internet connection needed on Computer, make sure your device is 50% charged)

2. Install all the devices driver available for your device.
3. Open the software, and attach your phone to you PC via cable.
4. Make sure the debugging mode is ticked in your device, in rare cases you don't know about this comment below.
5. In the software opened on your PC, unlock option will turn green, click on it.
6. Wait for 5-8 minutes. And BOOM!! Your are unlocked.
If it is unsuccessful, send your log.
Proceed for your respective rooting method of your device.
I Still say I am not the creater of this software.

Hello world !!!
I've created a project of a new kind : The RecoverX Project
The goal of this project is to gather ALL the recoveries for ALL android devices in ONE tool which install them on the devices. RecoverX is coded in C++ thanks to QtSDK and allow to install a recovery on more than 150 different devices !!!
You just have to select your device and the recovery, click "Install" and RecoverX does the rest !!! It's that simple
This program require different prerequesties, depending of your device
- Wether you need an unlocked bootloader to flash the recovery partition (and fastboot drivers on your PC)
- Wether you need root access and usb debugging activated (if busybox is not installed, RecoverX will ask you the permission to install it).
This program have been published on XDA News : Here
Here is the list of supported devices :
Finally, a small preview
Awesome !!! Where is the download link ???

[Q] [PLEASE HELP] Trouble installing ADB drivers in order to root after Lollipop

I am currently experiencing issues while installing the ADB drivers for my Shield Tab.
I have downloaded the latest drivers directly from Nvidia's website:
Code:
http://click.xda-developers.com/api/click?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_141966869228312&key=f0a7f91912ae2b52e0700f73990eb321&libId=9f2de995-db4e-47ff-ac55-0e784e93f067&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.xda-developers.com%2Fshield-tablet%2Fdevelopment%2Froot-root-nvidia-shiel
Yet, every time I attempt to install the drivers, I get this message:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I know FOR SURE that my PC is a x64-Based system. USB Debugging is enabled, My PC reads the Tablet & I can use MTP.
I have tried completely uninstalling/re-installing all drivers, I have tried multiple USB cords, I've tried Universal ADB Drivers, and NOTHING seems to work.
Any Advice on how to solve this issue?
I dont know if this is relevant, but prior to updating to Lollipop, My device had been rooted via TowelRoot (I had to unroot in order to avoid bricking from the OTA updates)
This is the Guide I plan on following in order to root my device:
Code:
http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/how-root-nvidia-shield-tablet-android-5-0-lollipop-install-cwm-recovery-1481041
Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated.[/FONT]
My only advice would be to find the rooting thread in the general section of this forum and try the guide there.
Try this guide: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/Tablets/NVIDIA/NVIDIA-SHIELD-Tablet-ADB-USB-Driver-1.shtml
I don't see which version of Windows you are using. If Windows 8/8.1 be aware that you may need to take special steps to install an unsigned driver. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2303046 for instructions.

Can't unlock bootloader

Hello guys,
I have a Redmi Note 6 Pro, and I'm trying to unlock the Bootloader, so I can flash custom rom. Specifically the problemis that MiFlash reaches 99% and I get the error "Couldn't Flash, Request Parameter Error". In some posts I found on the web, it's advised to use the original cable, which I'm using. I found an older post on XDA saying that new Mi Accounts have to wait a month before unlocking, but I'm trying this more than a month. I've searched a lot and have seen many guides, but no luck.
My current rom is 11.0.5.0(PEKMIXM) and the settings are as shown below.
Settings/Additional settings/Developer options/OEM unlocking/On
Settings/Additional settings/Developer options/USB debugging/On
Settings/Additional settings/Developer options/Mi Unlock status/Add account and device/Added successfully. Mi Account is associated with this device now.
Any suggestions?

If anyone else encounters this problem, it's due to the Ryzen chipset. It worked on Intel. If Fastboot disconnects from USB, you need to install the driver given in the MiUnlock Tool.

Question NEED HELP! Stuck in download mode

Hi guys,
I need help with my a12 (SM-A127F/DNS) (A127FXXU4AUK1)
I wanted to root my phone but it was stuck in Samsung logo screen, so I Downloaded remove root and now I'm completely stuck in download mode, not even recovery mode works and it's says this PLS help:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",

Assuming you're using a Windows PC and Odin.
Run Odin as administrator.
You'll need the exact OEM Samsung firmware for your device. Good thing you included the variant code of your firmware in your original post.
Here is one place you can find the file to download https://www.galaxyfirmware.com/model/SM-A127F/
After downloading, extract the zip. A few "tar.md5" files will be inside.
Using instructions from here, flash the original firmware onto your phone.
After reboot, the phone might restart a few times and launch into recovery. If it does, then select "format data" in recovery and reboot.
Phone should be back to factory ready for you to brick again.
Also if you want to try rooting again use patched magsisk

OEM Unlock on Asus Zenpad S 8.0 (z580c)

Yes. I know this Zenpad S 8.0 is a really big problem and I think nobody can help me has it is a complete mess. But i'll ask anyway. I don't manage to unlock OEM on my tablet. The option doesn't appear in the Developer options, as my phone and other tablet it appears. I tried litterally every tutorial on the internet but I can't manage to do it. When I try to unlock it via fastboot, it says :
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and when try the fastboot boot command, it just says
and the logs on my device say " RESULT : FAIL(command not allowed in this device state " and some kind of variable is appearing on a line : asus_internal_unlock 0 . I think that means oem unlock is disabled but there isn't any option to unlock it.I really need help, please. An already thank you for your help.
Unlocking the bootloader simply isn't allowed by OEM. Live with this.

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
So I'm asking WHY only this model of tablet in the world doesn't allow it And yeah I accept that
