Guys need help

Anyone have stock settings.apk 4.2.2?accidentally I removed it and now i dont have nither any backup nor the original one so no settings in phone.Can someone please update a stock 4.2.2 settings and systemui.apk.Actually I am stuck cant use my phone without settings......Please help guys......Thank You...........

Reflash a ftf file for 4.2.2, it should be fixed.

Actually there are some more problem,I haven't properly rooted my device my bootloader is still locked as when I try to unlock it it shows some driver error.So I forcedly rooted it using a chinease app,now I need the original 4.2.2 ftf which i dont have and also need to download android sdk for full driver support.Can u please link me the original 4.2.2 ftf?Then I can try.….

Take note that's a 680mb file. And no worries you don't need to unlock your bootloader or root your phone to flash the ftf. Refer to this guide if you're new to flashing ftf http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2337955
Oh and also you'll lose root once you flash it but no need to worry about that, let's get your phone working properly first xD

but i have another kernel which i flashed during the installation of cm10 so is i has to flash kernel first or full flash the .ftf file

the root will be gone & if previously you unlocked the bootloader,the bootloader will still be unlocked,except you locked it yourself.

I successfully made a custom stock ROM for GT-I9515 using ArchiKitchen.
ROM: Stock from SamMobile
Baseband: I9515XXU1AND3
CSC: I9515YJV1ANE1
Android Kitkat 4.4.2
Stock kernel 3.4.0
Mods:
1. Init.d
2. Debloated
3. Deodexed
4. Zipaligned
5. Rooted
6. Busybox
7. Removed Knox app
8. Removed boot sound

Here is the link of the ROM.

So i tried the ROM. WIFI does not work. I did a clean install. Then i flashed the stock rom from odin and then installed CMW and installed the ROM again still wifi was not working. Any ideas on how to fix it.

I thought you said you gonna use it as a base to add some mods, I never thought you will flash it to your phone
Try flashing your stock kernel according to your device. What is your S4 exact model?

my model number is i9515. I wanted to make sure the ROM was working fine before i started adding mods.

flash your stock modem.bin and NON-HLOS.bin, that should solve your problem.

I have the stock ROM. I extracted the modem.bin and NOH-HLOS.bin from the tar file. but this is not a compitable format for flashing with odin

Where can I find a copy of the stock ROM? I have been searching without much success. I committed a cardinal sin by flashing the I9500 rom onto my I9515 VE. I really don't know how to recover things.

Hello everyone! I've changed some modifications in the installer script to make working CWM for LB.
CWM 6.0.4.6 for LOCKED BOOTLOADER (D2303 ONLY)​I am not responsible for bricked devices or something like that. I've tried this more than 10 times and it's working fine.​
Requirements:
PC
Rooted
LockedBootloader
USB Debugging ON
Drivers installed
How to install?
Extract the zip file
Open install.bat
Connect your phone
Follow the instructions
Wait until it is completed
Done
How do i enter cwm recovery?
Reboot your phone
When you see Cyan LED press Volume Down (-) and wait until the phone vibrate
Your phone should boot into recovery

You can only flash custom roms who have included stock boot.img untouched. For example you can't flash CyanogenMod because it requires different boot.img and since your bootloader is locked you can't change kernel who is different than stock. I've seen someone that installed CyanogenMod on locked bootloader running stock kernel, I don't know how to do it because I'm not dev.

People confirm that works. I don't know what might be the problem for you. As i can see from your status your bootloader has been unlocked and you have already fully working cwm for that. And for the bugs I don't know I'm waiting someone who can help me.

Well, I don't know scripts,mods, custom roms based on stock kernel if someone will make at the future. Also you can flash deodex firmware for 4.4.4 from Daniel Florin.

It's working fine on D2303 with 4.4.4 kk lock bootloader. It should work on unlock bootloader but you have kernel which is simpler solution.

Now i m on 5.0.2 i am not sure the recovery works or not

I try for 6 time to download the rom, but always give me error, because the download always stop in the middle of downloading, and i need to insert a username or password to resume it, maybe the connection timeout since my net is so slow on that server, only 70kbp/s download rate :'(,
I hope someone can mirror it to other site like mega ,

You can root Lollipop only if you flash using custom recovery, then immediately flash super user.
So far no other way to get root for this phone running Lollipop

the rom from lg is not in zip
so if u wanna flash with root
