Hello,
Yesterday, I tried to flash my moto g to install cyanogenmod 11 with cwm recovery.
But after the installation, bootloop with the little blue head.
I want to flash it again but the phone is not recognized by my pc, and I installed the drivers...
So I can't install a new rom, and I have no backups.
HELP !

Pres power for 2min should be turn off. Then try power and volume down to enter the fastboot. If you succeed, then download the proper stock rom for your device from http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=14 then follow this guide to recover the phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219
If you cant enter fastboot then i really don't know. Then It should be done by side loading the rom, but have no experience with that. regards

Thnks for this. I put it in the bookmarks if there would be a necessary :good:
Related
This is just a copy of the guide on myhuawei.net.
I did this because I had some trouble finding the guide since I always look for stuff like this here on XDA.
I also decided to do this because the guide was not in English and the translations by google were not so good.
Huawei Ascend Y201 Pro U8666
Root + CWM Recovery
I am not responsible for any damage you may do to your phone by following this guide.
The files you will need, download them and extract them to a folder on your desktop:
RootY201Pro.zip
UnlockBootloader.zip
Recovery.zip
(PS: Links removed, check post attachments)
- Now, get your phone and go to Settings > Developer Tools. Make sure USB debugging is enabled.
- Also disable Fastboot in Settings.
- Connect your phone to your computer via USB and let it install the drivers. Make sure they are installed correctly. Do not select "Turn on USB storage" on your phone.
Root + Unlock Bootloader:
1. Go to the folder on your desktop where you extracted the files.
2. Right click on unlockbootloader.exe and select 'Run as administrator'.
3. Click "ROOT Your Phone", the program will work and then close on it's own.
4. In your phone, go to the apps drawer and there should be a new app called Superuser.
5. Now go to your PC, open the same program, but this time click "Unlock BOOTLOADER".
6. Let it finish, the program will close on it's own, and then power off your phone.
7. Unplug the phone from the PC and we are done.
You have now successfully rooted and unlocked the bootloader of your device!
Installing CWM Recovery:
1. Turn off your phone if it isn't already.
2. Press and hold the following buttons simultaneously for ~10 seconds: volume down + home button + power button
3. Release the buttons and your phone should not boot, it should be 'stuck'. That's what we wanted.
4. Connect your phone to the PC via USB. It should install the drivers fine.
5. Open CMD and browse to the folder in your desktop.
6. Once you are in the folder type the following commands:
6.a) fastboot erase recovery, then press Enter. Let it work...
6.b) fastboot flash recovery recovery.img, press Enter and let it work again.
6.c) fastboot reboot, and press Enter...
7. Your device is now rebooting. You can unplug it from the PC.
You have now installed CWM Recovery.
Instructions on how to boot to CWM Recovery:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press at the same time for ~5 seconds: volume up + power button
3. You should be now on CWM Recovery.
Don't forget to say thanks or to donate!
Good phone and good post. Thanks.

it now says android on device manager, but still says could not find device software?
They are still not working?
At the beginning i also had the same problem mit the Motorola Device Manager. And some others also.
Since then i am using koush's Universal ADB drivers without any problem.
Edit:
But maybe it is the same as with the koush driver. I have not tested it afterwards.
You have to istall them from Device Manager manually again.
From device manager install the drivers new, i guess you'll find them in the Motorola Device Manager installation folder.
just set this installing, do i need to install it to a specific location?
and can i use the moto allinone tool to flash stock/gpe devices to stop this bootloop?

im so lost here when trying to manually install the driver it says not compatible for the motorola part.
i dont have a teamviewer, what is it and how do i get it?
http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
No need to install. When double clicking it ask you if install or just start. Then just start and pm me your connection Number and pw which TV ptrovides you.
EDIT:
Sorry i can not use it here on this PC, it is blocked by the administrator.
But i have the older 8 version. They now offer the Version 9. The versions must be same if connecting.
So either you have to download the 8 version also on that site........or try to install driver as i said.
I did that in the same way on W8.1
Shaftenberg also told in his thread, that the drivers need to be installed twice. !!!Note the file does not need anymore to be modified. The version you downloaded is already updated.
6. let Windows install this driver from koush's directory once in adb mode and once in fastboot mode (two drivers!)

you need extracted HTC drivers. Then install manually new driver.for the device as followed--> right mouse button on "Android 1.0" install driver -> Search on computer for driver -> show list -> unmark "compatible hardware" and select the folder with extracted htc drivers. The right device ist called "My HTC". If an error shows its not comatible, just don't care about it and force driver installation.
That should work for you.

FIRST flash TWRP again via fastboot. You should use latest 2.7.0.1. If it works --> good
If it not works --> Restore phone via RUU (should work as fastboot works) Sensation XL RUUs
Make sure you have right version matching your CID and FIRMWARE versions if you flash RUU.

Hey everyone, so I usually know how to solve these situations, but this is different. I was trying to flash a rom so wiped everything from recovery and then realized that there is nothing on the sd card. I tried booting the phone but it is stuck at the google logo. Here is the problem: I am not able to get into bootloader/recovery mode and cant boot into the software. Does this mean the device is hard bricked?
Thannk You
ok so i am in recover/bootloader. when i am in twrp i can adb reboot to bootloader, but when i try to push a file it says device not found
No, it means u wiped everything and now need to sideload a new ROM, u will need a PC in order to do it, in twrp there is an advances section, in there is the adb sideload option, download the ROM and gapps to PC, and if u use windows use one of the toolkits to sideload the ROM u wanna flash, if Linux, use the terminal and type
adb sideload "name of ROM here".zip
Let it do its thing and ur all set, or u could just use the PC to dl the files then use a USB to transfers the ROM to the phone and flash it
PS, didn't see u can't get into recovery, have u tried long pressing power and volume, or whatever ur devices button combo is for recover?

Restore your old OS.
Try again get into recovery being certain to power phone off (hold power button down for 20 seconds if need be), then while holding vol down button, press power button and turn phone on, not releasing vol down button until you see 1+ logo.
From your recovery you can start USB OTG and get the rom on that way.

If your device is dead and you're not able to boot to fastboot and recovery, try this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/tool-oneplusrecovery-tool-v1-0-restore-t2991851
Read the OP thoroughly.

Are you sure you're not being able to boot into fastboot and recovery? Try removing your back cover and then using the buttons to boot into fastboot.

Use the drivers from that thread and again, make sure to read OP of that thread thoroughly. I'd recommend using win7 to avoid driver issues.Make sure to launch tool with administrator rights.

I'd suggest patience...
What's exactly the error? If you're having driver issue, did you tried manually updating the driver on mtp/unknown device by going into device manager?

No issues, just go to device manager and right click the mtp/unknown device and select the .inf from Qualcomm 2012 QHS drivers.
Also, can you tell me which windows you're using?
