update problem (samsung galaxy core) ..please help

i have galaxy core i8262 for about two months and from my first day i have this phone there was problem :
every time i press the button (Check for update ) in my galaxy core to see if there any update it do no thing at all !!! i see my friend phone when he press (update ) this box in red color (in attach) appear in his phone but not in mine
please why that ??
i mean the box in red isn't from my phone and it didn't show to me at all !!!
please help ..is it maybe Mobily malfunction ? i hope not

Well, i could try to help you..
Go check the Samsung firmware website using this link : http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ if there is a update and your OTA button doesn't work try downloading Samsung kies and install it from there.

Check whether update manually or auto..and also check if you are connecting via wifi or 3g..

Note 3 - Galaxy S5 Icons by changing build.prop

Hey guys,
I just noticed, that wenn you change the product information from the Note 3 to the HTC M8 ones (Or propably anything else) you get the Galaxy S5 Icons in the Notification center, and also the new multi-tasking menu.
I'm running 4.4.2 and have an N9005.

Like title states how do you fit a screenshot into a phone like in the attachment......is there software that can do it or is it just cropping? Thanks for the info.

did you try the button?
Like in mine
Home button + power button = Whole screenshot of your current screen...
Or use apps like Screenshot UX or Screenshot ultimate available in Google play store

i like my keyboards with a dedicated number row--google keyboard doenst have this
--THERE IS A WAY TO ENABLE THIS VERY EASY--
i tested this on my google keyboard running cm12 temasek-but it should work any other as well.

need help after upgrade g920f 6.0.1 codes not work and display touch work oposite sid

how are you ?
so news is that i upgrade my g920f 5 to 6 coz it,s restarting after a few minutes and also hang problem
but after that now mobile touch work oposite side , for example when i touch * so it,ll press #
i know about this code 2363 etc but major problem is that my set is not accept any kind of codes like
*#06# so now how can i fix them and i can,t go back to 5 .
so kindly experts share your knowledge with me

also i treid with adam kernel but not fixed
