After long wait now Stock ROM for karbonn A16 is ready..
As i got This mobile in my hand i created Stock ROM for it and now i am sharing to all of you so you can easily Do experiment with this Mobile..
Now you can flash Stock ROM with Flash Tool very easily. How ? Lets start...
Steps to flash
1.First of all download Flash Tool from here (http://a2zandroidrom.blogspot.in/2014/11/download-karbonn-a16-stock-rom-stock.html)
2.Now download the All split files of stock ROM from link given below.
3.Put those all split parts in one folder and Now extract them with help of "7z" software. Download 7z from here.(Download)
4.After extraction Run the Flash tool and click on "scatter loading" tab and select scatter file from extracted folder.

5.after loading scatter file all files will be loaded in flash tool now click on download button and accept warning.
6.Now pull out the phone battery and connect your phone without battery.
7.After connection flashing process will start and after completion you will see a green mark means complete.

4: Open Download Agent and select MTK_AllinOne_DA
5: Open scatter_loading and select scatter file (From the ROM select WBW6803WA_0410_T8142→ MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc)
6: Click Firmware->Upgrade and connect USB cable with mobile without battery
7: Insert Battery then it will start downloading
8: When it shows Firmware Upgrade in green , the installation is completed.
After Firmware Upgrade give Reset to Factory Setting from recovery
here you go, you are now on Jelly Bean!!!

I am using one with Stock Rom. Would this give a better performance? I got it from someone else so i do not care about warranty. Plus has anyone used it yet? Is it stable or yet having any bugs?

2: click Scatter-Loading button，choose

3. Now uncheck all options except recovery
4. 4.choose Option->USB Model，click USB Model,
Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High
Speed, click High Speed
5. Now turn off your phone and remove battery for 2 sec and then put back after that connect ur phone via usb cable
6. click Firmware download and begin to download
7. Now everything is done, hold volume up and down keys and power key to go into recovery

Follow these steps to install it:
1- Install the rom with flash tools.
2- Root it (Vroot).
3- With an root explorer go to /system and open "build.prop" file to edit it. Search and change the following lines:
ro.product.model=TCL S720
ro.product.name=TCL S720
ro.product.device=Cross55
Then save changes and reeboot. (Make you sure you have saved the changes).
3- Install Mobile Uncle Tools.
4- Install the cwm recovery (or the trwp).
5- Flash the modem.
6- Flash the Gapps.
7- Enjoy you Android 4.4.2 KitKat

I wanted to root my phone but it was stuck in Samsung logo screen, so I Downloaded remove root and now I'm completely stuck in download mode, not even recovery mode works and it's says this PLS help:

Assuming you're using a Windows PC and Odin.
Run Odin as administrator.
You'll need the exact OEM Samsung firmware for your device. Good thing you included the variant code of your firmware in your original post.
Here is one place you can find the file to download https://www.galaxyfirmware.com/model/SM-A127F/
After downloading, extract the zip. A few "tar.md5" files will be inside.
Using instructions from here, flash the original firmware onto your phone.
After reboot, the phone might restart a few times and launch into recovery. If it does, then select "format data" in recovery and reboot.
Phone should be back to factory ready for you to brick again.
