How to root Galaxy Fit S5670L GB 2.3.6?

Hello everyone in the forum.. I am asking this since ive check all over the web and cant find nothing :/ i tried doing it the "upd_1" method but it said "instalation aborted" and i did the steps right.. I recently updated to GB 2.3.6..thanx in advance

why not try a custom rom which is already rooted?
most of the custom roms have the features more than what gb 2.3.6 have.

That method work for me on DXKT4(GB 2.3.6)
May be you should try other rom

What is "the kitchen" :/ sorry the methos mentioned in the link is the one i tried and didnt work for me..anywhere i can find some good roms?

[ROM] [ONLY I8260] Fission rom BETA Build 1.1.3

Hello my friends! After days of hard work, today i will share with you this rom for Galaxy Core SINGLE SIM GT-I8260
Some facts about the rom:
-Based on stock rom (no several bugs and cameras and Wi-Fi working)
-Ram optimized
-Useful apps (App lock,battery widget,clock widget, Xperia WALKMAN...)
-Some Bloatware removed(Talk,ChatON,Samgung Apps...)
-Smooth Xperia Z launcher
-3D Gallery (Like in CM7 Roms)
-Processor use optimized
In Build 2 i will (or try):
-Change stock wallpapers
-Change stock sounds
-Remove more bloatware
-Add some more apps
-Fix some bugs: You MUST root the rom after flash because it`s not included (I don´t know why)

Latin America... Entonces hablamos español los dos... jajajaj. No lo se tio, es posible que funcione o es posible que no. Puedes probar, pero haz un backup nandroid con el recovery por si tienes problemas. un saludo! ;D

Good job Eltitanero. It started with ROMs, still get down to 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 Android version it will only be a real party i need a rom to make it the same as the S4 to the real thing. Eltitonero can you in this your ROM to enlist wheather the S4 as the most beautiful. Thank you for your work.

I will put stock gallery on the next build... i put this gallery because stock gallery need a video player an stock video player is too heavy and slowly

Boa noite, tentei instalar a anterior (completa) no meu I9515L mas o wifi não ligava.
Uso a BOF1, tentei instalar a BOJ mas mesmo assim o wifi não funcionava.
Voltei pra BOF1 e reinstalei a CM 12.1 e tá tudo de boa!
Quero muito usar a O.N.E ROM!

Yes, this ROM is rooted. But only for I9515L model does not work in I9515

I test this rom today... is very fast and has all the goodies.... the bad side is that calls are NOT working over bluetooth (no sound if you call or receive a call thru BT headset...)

TMA !! im sorry but i really don't know how can you please tell me step by step :crying: I really like how it looks.

Tma is a tool to decompile and recompile, search on XDA thikle my android. Follow the guide there and after you decompiled follow my guide. Then recompile and put back in the phone

Feedback: Does not work in LockScreen.
Suggestion: It will be great if you could do the same for Recents.

About lock screen I wanted it, I like more without. About recent is always full and the background is not much visible. Wich ROM? Are you use soft button for pull down expanded or swipe from top? Can you post a video please?

Both ways (swiping from top and Soft button) works great. I'm not able to make a video because my internet is slow but i can confirm that the Mod works great un Cloudy 3.3 (tested) and i'm using it right know in my rom (30D) for me and it works too.

In your case the problem is that file smali cannot be replaced because different from your original, you can easily check how much row are they.
I will add in the guide more detail for port to other ROM/phone.
